Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

The downstairs living space is open plan. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms suitable for a 4 person family or a pair of couples and bath/shower room. There is a rear enclosed south facing garden perfect for relaxing. Part of the garage can be used for storing bikes or sports equipment etc during your stay.

Spacious, elegant property less than 100 meters from the Beach/Promenade connecting Pakefield to Kirkley. You can't have a fun holiday without a decent sized garden (with seating) and BBQ facilities. Here you'll be spoilt both inside and out in the garden. The property is a short walk to the high street where you'll find lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs and express super markets with a newsagent or two. Located in the old town centre, 5 minute walk from the high street, and 15 minutes walk from the station and beach. Sorry - not suitable for children under 8 years.

Studio Annex and bathroom, set back behind our own house accessed via a shared side road. We are just a 10 minute walk from Pakefield beach with various shops, supermarkets and more just across the road. There is private parking available for up to two cars and a private garden with a seating area. We are pet friendly and have 1 travel cot and 1 small pull down camp bed available on request. There is a small £10 fee for pets at the time of booking.
