Cleaning is not included. Pets with snowmobile are not welcome due to previous mismanagement.

The house is situated in the middle between Gällivare and Kiruna, in a small village called Puoltikasvaara, near to a big lake. The perfect spot to watch the northern lights !! It is very near to Svappavaara, Icehotel, Abisko, Jokkmokk, Kungsleden, .. Possible activities are dogsledding, skootersafaris, snowshoeing, skiing. My place is on top of Kiruna, near the train station. The house is nearby LKAB and the mine. You will have full access to the house with tv, sauna, bath and towels. You are also close to Luossavaara backen were you can ski or go down hills with the bike. Bedsheets and towels are included. Also soap and shampoo. Nearby is a foodmarket and also a pizzeria. There is a cat and a dog who has lived in the house. 1.3 km to the train station, 4 km to the city. 1.2 km to LKAB.
