Practical and fully equipped 3 bedroom apartment for up to 8 persons. The apartment is located at old Kiruna Centrum, close to grocery store and 400 m from the restaurant Ripan. It is about 3,5 km to new Kiruna Centrum and it takes 15 minutes by bus there. The house is about 2 km from the Loussavaarabacken, an excellent place to see the northern lights on. Distance from the railway station to the apartment is 2.2 km. Matojärvi ice rink is 500 meters Free parking included. Bed linen, towel, Wifi is included in the price.

My place is on top of Kiruna, near the train station. The house is nearby LKAB and the mine. You will have full access to the house with tv, sauna, bath and towels. You are also close to Luossavaara backen were you can ski or go down hills with the bike. Bedsheets and towels are included. Also soap and shampoo. Nearby is a foodmarket and also a pizzeria. There is a cat and a dog who has lived in the house. 1.3 km to the train station, 4 km to the city. 1.2 km to LKAB.

In this spacious house with 4 floors you have place for both privacy and social life. On the 1st floor you a have kitchen, livingroom, bedroom and bathroom. One floor up you have a bedroom, livingroom and bathroom. In the basement you have one bedroom and 1 sauna / bathroom. If you are in good condition why don’t climb up to the secret room with nice view over Kiruna. And if you’re lucky you can see the northern light. Welcome to a home with a heart =)

Ta med hela familjen till detta fantastiska ställe med massor av plats för skoj. Huset är nära till allt. 10 minuter promenad till Kiruna nya centrum och 6 minuter promenad till Ica nära lombolo och pizzeria samt busshållplats. 6 Minuter med bil från kiruna flygplatsen och 8 min från tågstationen. Ni är varmvälkomna till detta mysiga hus. Vi är även öppet för längre visstelse och till företagare om intresset finns.

I felt cosy and welcome immediatly when arrived to Timo's place. We had a coffee and good and interesting talks, for me it meant a lot to get to know for example more about the local everyday life. It was a windy and snowy day outside so the hot sauna was like a gift after that. I hope to visit Kiruna and Timo soon again.
