This small Japanese-style room is ideal for solo travelers or couples.From the window, a view of fields and mountains stretches out. Located in a lively mountain area, where the calls of frogs, insects, and deer can be heard in the distance at night, and the sounds of birds can be heard in the morning. On summer nights, the temperature is around 20°C (68°F).There is no air conditioner, so you will need to rely on the fan. In winter, the temperature can drop to -15°C, and diamond dust can occasionally be seen.There is a wood-burning stove in the shared space.The room has a kerosene fan heater.These are very common fixtures in Japanese homes. It is a no meal stay. Feel free to cook in the shared kitchen where everyone gathers.It is fully equipped with cookware and tableware. This is a room with a bunk bed, made in the image of an old-fashioned youth hostel. Please use this as a family or as a group. That's right, this building was once a youth hostel.Our family will take over the management of this building in 2024, and we are currently renovating it room by room through DIY work to make it a place where people can stay comfortably. At night you can hear frogs and bugs, deer chirping in the distance, and birds in the mornings in the bustling mountains. There is no air conditioner because the summer night breeze allows you to spend the night with only a fan at around 20°C.
