Condo holiday rentals in Kissimmee

this place was everything we needed for a trip to Universal Studios and Islands of adventure. it was about 30 mins away from the theme parks and was spacious for all 5 of us. the water park was great and the community pool. Jo, was wonderful and answered all my questions in a timely manner and gave clear instructions. will come back to this place in October when we visit again!

Great place to stay with a family, great location, lots of amenities, great ability to use all three pools on the properties. The layout of rooms and bathrooms were nice and adequate . Lower level condo with some noise from above condo. Overall a great stay!

Rafael’s place was amazing. Looks exactly like the picture and was very surprised about how much room there was. Bedrooms had closets and dressers for space to put your clothing in and the bathrooms were very nice. The pool was very nice and even though it is shared we practically had it to our self every time. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great!!! Vacation home had all the amenities a woman like me love. Plenty of everything from dishes to sheets very clean and comfortable. To say the least just right in the day far as neighborhood activities and quite peaceful and serene at night. Everything imaginable is located right around the corner a big bonus . I Absolutely loved Sonja’s location. It was perfect. The home was perfect, beautiful, and very clean. There is also lot to do in this area. I definitely recommend this home to anyone that’s looking for a home away from home. Sonja also continued to Communicate with me which was awesome. When I come back I will book with her again. I loved that this place is gated so I get very safe. We picked this place because we wanted to be in the middle of LegoLand and DisneyWorld. It was so clean and we spent time at the resort pools which I really appreciate because it was so hot.

Very enjoyable stay. Place as pictured and clean, it gave a cozy vibe so we felt right at home. We loved the pools as well they were always empty and quiet. Christine was very nice and always checked in to make sure we were okay. Overall a great experience

Quiet and beautiful area just 20 minutes driving to the Disney parks. Very spacious inside, comfortable after a whole day of walking in the sun! Will be staying again for next Disney visit.

We definitely enjoyed our stay and maybe some time in the near future, we will return.....

Adir's place was fantastic. There were many personal touches that made it feel more cozy, which I've found in Orlando can be a struggle. I loved how there were cozy blankets, bathrobes, and a few treats when we arrived. The location is awesome. Very close to anything you could need, Disney, Universal, and the airport. Dollar Tree, Starbucks, Dunkin, Chick-Fil-A, Walgreens, and many more places are all within walking distance. I loved how peaceful the condo and location felt, despite being surrounded by everything. The view was beautiful to wake up to and my kids enjoyed playing in the pool. We would definitely recommend and be happy to stay again!

We loved our stay. The pool was so fun for our one year old and we were able to bring our cat on our trip - and he loved people watching out the windows! It was clean, the hosts were responsive, and the pool/surrounding areas were so much fun. We will definitely book with them again if we go back to the area!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Omar and Lucy were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. I especially appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely book this place again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay with Renzo and Carolina was very pleasant. They are super friendly and incredibly attentive hosts, always making sure we were comfortable. They even asked us in advance what temperature we preferred in the house, and when we arrived, everything was set just the way we requested. The house was spotless, very well maintained, and located in a nice, quiet, and central area. We truly enjoyed our time there, and without a doubt, we’ll be happy to stay here again next time we come back. Thank you so much for everything!

Great stay, great pool, great location, very comfortable bed. 5 stars all around.

This is our third time staying at one of Adam’s properties and our second time at this location. The space is exactly as it appears in the photos, extremely clean and cozy. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with the essentials. As a host, Adam is very responsive and wonderful to communicate with.

Easy to get a hold of

LaBrina - thank you so much for the awesome stay!! Despite checking in so late, LaBrina was super responsive in ensuring we had a smooth check in which I really appreciated. Place was as described - great location, esp if you are there to visit Disney/Universal. Lots of good restaurants and shops in the areas Slight downside were we noticed some stains on the beds / towels but Airbnb had a great laundry system. Floors, kitchen and bathroom were clean. Overall great stay and value - would come again. Would’ve loved to taken advantage of the amenities more. Great host. Great place :)

The first thing we absolutely loved about the house was the smell. It was very clean and instructions to everything was very clear. I would definitely recommend this house!!!

We were there for a volleyball tourney at the OCCC and it was a great location. Plenty of places to walk to or close driving distance. We also went to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom and it was a good drive to both locations. The pool area was nice - although we didn’t get to really enjoy it because we were at the tourney. We would highly recommend and would book again if in the area. Hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

A wonderful stay in Orlando beautiful view and the condo is super clean and cozy me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay and it was in the perfect area plenty of dinner spots and fun activities close by you will love this place and I will make sure to book again my next visit to Orlando
