Cottage holiday rentals in Kissimmee

Perfect size for me and my boyfriend, quiet and friendly space. Close to a lot of stuff, easy to find. Had a great vacation and ws always easy to communicate.

I loved her place very much! such a cute and quiet place to stay. very clean and decorative. very informative and replies fast. we love staying in the sherwood forrest area when we come to disney, as we have in the past. hopefully we can stay at sues place again when we come back to disney in the future!!

this was our second stay at this home both for two weeks,what a lovely home this is and full of character with lots of nooks and crannys everywhere,plenty of room though maybe a bit smallish for 6 adults but ideal for four,very clean inside and out with beautifull views and lots of wildlife to see from the patio area,we saw deer,gatorts,racoons,snake,turtles,various birds of all sizes including an osprey,diana the owner was very helpfull with any problems,,,,,,,,,,,the only problem we had was the annoying noise,dust ect from the large building site directly next door,sadly they have dug up the smallish woods next to this property and building more homes which is such a shame though it didnt ruin our holiday in any way just a shame though,hopefully it will be finished soon and will look better though nothing can replace the trees they cut down,thank you so much diana for letting us stay there,hopefully will rebook for next year.

We stayed for a week in Casa Flamingo. The house was clean and we could find everything in it that was important for our stay. The location of the house is very quiet. It is close the Walt Disney World which was important to us. Ashlee was friendly and always responded to our questions quickly.

I had a great stay. There was a minor issue with the first property when we arrived, but the host responded and resolved it quickly by relocating us. The second place was clean and comfortable. Really appreciated the host’s quick communication and hospitality. Would definitely book again!

We stayed at Hernans place for a weekend and it was great for what we needed it for. To give an honest review I must say, upon entering it is important to note that this is very clearly an older building so some things are a little worn, no problem! We had a housekeeping issue and contacted Hernan and within 3 hours, the housekeeping team came and corrected all issues for us. Truly such an accommodating and kind host. We weren’t in the house much but when we were there we felt safe and comfortable. One thing I will note, there were 3 of us staying for a weekend with 1 roll of toilet paper. That was the only thing I forgot to mention to the host but I am sure if I did mention it, he would have corrected it. Great stay, great host!

My mom and I had a wonderful week at the cottage, it was just as described and we were very comfortable there. Thanks to Joyce and her son Ron for trouble shooting the TVs. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The pair of Sandhill Cranes that visited a couple of times was a nice touch too.

The unit was very clean and felt new. The photos accurately show what the place looks like. Host Daniel was friendly and very responsive, always answering my inquiries quickly and efficiently! Would stay there again for sure.

Very nice one bedroom with one bathroom. This was our second stay here. We used the hot tub, pool and everything was convenient. Clean bedding, couch and outdoor patio area.

We love staying at Daniel’s places. This is our third visit, and we cannot wait to go again. He is very responsive, and the home is clean (and safe). You will not be disappointed. Currently planning the next trip to Daniel’s place.

We loved our stay and were thankful for Daniel's responsiveness as a host. We would definitely rebook for the next time we return to this location. My only small complaint is that the mattresses are very soft/plush, and the pillows were all pretty thick/high. If you're a fan of sinking into a mattress or aren't a side sleeper, perhaps you'll love the mattresses. Or if you travel with your own pillow, as one of our party did, perhaps the pillow issue won't bother you! Despite the bedding quibbles, we still greatly enjoyed the location, decor, cleanliness, and the size and function of the home... and the HOT TUB!

The water can smell at times. Very peaceful RV resort. 35-45 minutes from Disney. Would stay again.

My daughter and I really enjoyed the place! It was great to be near Target, restaurants, and the parks!

Home is in a perfect location, particularly if you are visiting the Disney parks. Close to various restaurants, grocery stores and shopping outside of Disney. Great neighborhood for walking our dog. Felt safe when walking her late at night and waste disposable boxes in several areas. Daniel was incredibly responsive and flexible. Had a little bit of issue with the AC, but he was quick to come out and troubleshoot.

Very beautiful home very clean and lots of things to use for cooking I will definitely recommend her place and if I ever come back I would definitely stay at her place again

This place was exactly what we were looking for when staying for our Disney vacation and then heading out for our cruise. It's cute, has what you need, and they are fantastic communicators! The community pool was nice especially after a long hot day at the parks. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful! The place matches the listing, the service is super attentive, the atmosphere is very welcoming, it is in a strategic location for the parks and attractions and exceeded our expectations, especially since it was the first time we used Airbnb. Great stay! It was perfect for me and my 2 guests. It was a friend trip to Disney and it was ideal for our needs! Super convenient to the parks, clean, hot water, good AC, the works.

Beautiful spacious cottage close to parks, shopping & restaurants! Private pool & jacuzzi was relaxing & enjoyable. Margaritaville is a gated community that felt safe & friendly with many amenities available within walking distance. Rented a car for the week inside of lobby which was convenient to parks but provides scheduled shuttle service if no car. Highly recommend!

Good location great stay for our short Disney getaway. Host was professional and property was exactly as advertised.
