Holiday rentals with a patio in Kissimmee

The apartment was perfect for our long weekend trip to Orlando. The location was great, super close to Universal (we opted to take Ubers that were only $8). We loved the hotel-like set up and getting to use the pool and the convenient coffee shop downstairs. One specific highlight was actually the comfortable mattress and pillows! Made for a comfortable and restful stay.

We had an amazing stay at Fonti’s place at Storey Lake in Kissimmee! Everything was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The home was perfect for our group, and the location couldn’t have been better. Communication with Fonti and the entire Fonti Vacation Home Staff was outstanding from start to finish. They were always responsive, helpful, and made sure we felt right at home. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again. The house is very family-friendly and overall quite comfortable. We had a pleasant stay.

This place is such a great little getaway, the lake out back makes for a beautiful view. They give you a shaded area to park your car, and a cute welcoming once you get inside the home. Alex and Leticia were more than helpful, they responded quickly always. I would definitely recommend and be back here!

What a wonderfully spooktacular experience! My whole family had a blast and loved every second of the extreme attention to detail. The space was obviously crafted with care and love from fellow spooky Disney lovers. Well done! We will surely "hurry baaaaack!"

Absolutely hands down the best rental and hosts I’ve ever experienced. The location was close to everything and great area to walk the pups. The house was very clean and spacious. Came for a birthday vacation and I def chose the right place to stay! The airbnb was close to Disney parks and gift shops. The home was just like the photos, everything was clean and beautiful 😊 The pool was so refreshing and clean, plus had a nice view of the pond. We even decided to stay an extra day, Dinara was super accommodating. I definitely recommend!

House was clean and perfect for us and kids. It was close to everything we had planned. Close to a Walmart to get things when needed. Mark was quick to respond with answers to questions I had. I would recommend this place and would rent again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The property was large, clean, and located in a safe, gated neighborhood. It was perfect for our big family, with plenty of space and comfortable beds for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, and the washer and dryer were so convenient. Each room had its own TV, which was a great touch, and the balcony offered stunning views of the nearby water park. My kids enjoyed the waterpark. The bathrooms were luxurious, featuring glass showers and a large tub, adding to the overall comfort. The host was incredibly responsive and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay, making everything so easy and stress-free. The home’s proximity to stores and other amenities made it even more convenient. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, well-maintained, and family friendly home! Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

Maria and Andy were great hosts, very responsive and helpful. This is the second AirBNB I've stayed in recently that they've ran and its been a smooth process in working with them. The AirBNB is well maintaned, the location is bueatiful and its proximity to local amenties makes it a great place to stay. I would highly recommend staying here.
