Waterfront holiday rentals in Kissimmee

My boyfriend and I are from NY and we found this perfect airbnb for us to stay at. The place feels like home, it’s very clean, beautiful and the view is amazing!! It was very close to everything as well. We would 100% go back!

I had a wonderful stay in Clermont! I stayed here for a little solo getaway and it was exactly what I needed. Super peaceful, quiet, and the view was honestly so pretty. Everything was clean and comfy, and I just felt really relaxed the whole time. It was the perfect spot to take a breather. I would totally come back again!

We had a great stay in Kissimmee! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The location was ideal just a short drive to all the major attractions and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. The host was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The kids especially loved the pool it was a great way to relax after busy days out. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area with family!

Put it this way... my family and I wanted for absolutely nothing during our stay. the amenities were top noch, the furniture especially the bed were of extremely high quality, the hosts are well. versed at the art of hospitality. the home was fully stocked and the decour was absolutely amazing. friendly and responsive hosts. they made us feel like family. Extremely private pool and hot tub with the TV. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

Our main concern was our dog being comfortable while also providing space fornthe family. This location accomplished the task for a great price. The dog area out back was perfect. The pool was clean and used by the kids everyday. Definitely a five star stay. I would only point out to make sure to bring seasoning if your going to cook and the main bedroom runs a lot warmer than the rest of the house. We had to leave the door open and we bought a fan because the celing fan wasnt cutting it. Close enough to all the parks for convenience.

Perfect location, only 20-30 minutes to all the major theme parks. Most enjoyable was the house, and the kids really enjoyed the waterpark, splash pad, lazy river and pool available at no cost. There is food and a tiki bar with all tropical drinks available. At night, we had our own private pool and hot tub, extremely relaxing, highly recommend!

stayed here at the end of May. It was a beautiful home which was just as pictured and described. The community was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

The size of the home was just what we needed for our larger family. All of the amenities of the home were functional, clean and nice. The game room and theater were really nice.

Our stay at the Lakeview Rendezvous Airbnb in Kissimmee was outstanding. The home was clean, spacious, and welcoming, with four comfortable bedrooms and a bright, open layout that made it easy to unwind. The pool and hot tub overlooking the peaceful lake were perfect for relaxing after busy days. The master bathroom felt luxurious—honestly even nicer than ours at home! The house was well-stocked with everything we needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect: a short drive to Universal and close to the Gaylord conference center. The quiet neighborhood made it great for early mornings and restful nights. A huge thank-you to Lisa from the Lakeview Rendezvous team—she was incredibly helpful. When we ran out of a few things, she responded right away and had them delivered early the next morning. Her kindness really made a difference. I highly recommend this Airbnb for families, business travelers, or anyone visiting Kissimmee. A true gem!

Responsive host, clean facilities, easy to access and within a quick drive to lots of restaurant options. This was a very last minute booking for us, and our host made it happen with ease!

We loved our stay at Nicoleta's! Everything was very clean and exactly as described. The view was beautiful and truly the cherry on top of a perfect stay! We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!
