nice to meeting you.We started hosting private lodging in November 2023.I enjoyed hosting another room in mid-December, and I started a third room in April 2024. It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. We live in the same apartment, so if anything happens, we will take care of it right away. 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station About 20 minutes on foot from Kita24jo Station on the Nanboku Subway Line It's a little inconvenient. There are few drive streets and you can stay quiet. This room has a good view. Parking for 1 car is available at the property (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(It is a parking lot that I use every day.I'll park elsewhere) 5-minute walk to convenience store The drugstore is a 4 minute walk 10min walk to supermarket It is a convenient place for life. There is also a large supermarket and hot spring facilities at the second station. The sofa bed is 170cm. ☆Transportation We will pick you up at Shinkawa Station on the first and last days of your stay as much as possible. Sorry if the time doesn't work for you. There is a convenience store, a 24-hour supermarket, and a coin parking lot within a 5-minute walk.Coin parking is available for a maximum of 700-1000 yen per day.It is also a good base for sightseeing in Sapporo by car. Within about 5 minutes by car, there is a large supermarket "Arcs", Nagoya Katei, a popular shop for revolving sushi, and Nemuro Hanamaru.In addition, there are many attractive restaurants such as Japanese, Chinese, Sushi, and Ramen (miso and soy sauce). The bedroom on the ground floor has a lock, so privacy is guaranteed There are bathrooms on the first and second floor. Located is south area of Sapporo.There has good nature . The apartment is 2-floors with kitchen and bath room. Able to stay up to 6 people maximum, kids(under 10years old) are free. The house is not close to subway ST .But very close to the bus stop.It takes 30mins ¥210 by bus from Sapporo ST. In along the large street, easy to find by car. You can feel like a local Sapporo life.
