Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Kite Beach

I enjoyed my stay at Oasis. Lyndsay was very friendly and responsive to my inquiries. Any small issues I had with the apartment were resolved as quickly as possible. When the fridge quit it was replaced the same day. The location was my prime consideration as it is within easy walking distance of the shops. supermarket and beaches. If you enjoy nightlife the strip is only a couple of blocks away. The street noise is to expected considering the location but it did not impact my stay to any great extent as I was prepared for it. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They tolerated my linguistic shortcomings with grace and a smile. The apartment and pool area were kept clean and tidy and the prompt laundry service was greatly appreciated. The neighboring tenants were mostly long term and were very friendly and accepting. All in all is was a good first time AirBNB experience.

Just finished our vacation at Rodrigo’s place. Apartment so spacious,clean and bright. Very welcoming. Equipped with full kitchen,though we ate out, so many restaurants within walking distance. All the comforts of home, fluffy bath towels, beach towels, robe, comfortable beds, water cooler to name a few. Full porch with great view of ocean. Rodrigo is an excellent and responsive host. We look forward to staying again.

Lovely place across from the beach, nice swim-up bar. The only thing I didn't like was the uncomfortable bed. Otherwise, the place was wonderful. The staff was friendly.

An OUTSTANDING studio and location! I’ll definitely look to stay here any time on a solo visit to Sosua.

Beautiful place. A spacious 2 mastersuite apartment. At a great location with beautiful private beach and pools. The location is ideal. You're walking distance from supermarket, mini markets, pharmacy anything you need. The customer service and restaurants at this location were phenomenal, everyone was very sweet and understanding. Owners were a pleasure and always available.

We had the best stay here! The airbnb was very spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the pool access and beach! Our host was very attentive and helpful with everything! Thank you!

This place was exactly as described. Very clean and safe property. The pools were clean and well kept. The pool bar being serviced by Tuva was super convenient for bites and drinks. Just far enough away from town but not to to far to walk to all of the bars and restaurants. We will be rebooking this place for sure.

I loved the place, everything was very clean and beautiful, the accommodations were in good condition, the pool was very nice, and the beach was a bit rough for swimming, but it’s a wonderful place to relax and spend time with family.

Cozy and quiet. Away from the the sounds of motor cycles and horns. If there is a need to get work done and relax, this is the place for that. I enjoyed my stay

Wonderful rental, great hosts! Beds were very comfortable, good water pressure, well kept, & very clean. Very nice amenities, lovely back yard, AC worked well. Highly recommend and look forward to returning sooner than later!

We experienced several relaxing days in Garden Villa. The villa provided more than enough space for our family to spread out and the pool was warm and comfortable the entire time. Will definitely book again next time we’re in DR.🏝️🤩

Really nice, modern, clean and spacious house with a lot of amenities. Daisy was a good host, gave us clear directions for the check in and check out and gave us a tour of the villa upon arrival. Would definitely recommend.

Aidin was great. Responded quickly to emails or text. This villa was very clean, plenty of towels, very specious. Plenty of bed sheets. Beds very comfortable. Even had washer and dryer. I would definitely stay again.

Great place for our weekend getaway. lots to do in a walkable distance. We drove to the central area and parking was not an issue.

My stay was above and beyond any place I have experienced in the past. Beautiful place and immaculate cleanliness. I will book again if available.
