You can get to the track and the slope from right next door. The apartment has a warm corridor to the Ylläs Saga spa and restaurant. Spa and restaurant services are not included in the price of this apartment. On the ground floor of the building there is a storage room for outdoor equipment /a maintenance room for skis and snowboards.

From the courtyard of Kuerkaltio, you have easy access to the trails and paths, as well as to conquer Kuertunturi. Bus stop on the adjacent road and 1.5 km to Jounin Kauppa.

Terraced apartment with sauna

The apartment is about 6 km from the center of Pello and is located about 200 m from the shore of the Tornionjoki river. Possibility to rent one or two boats and a motor for salmon fishing at an additional cost of 50 €/day/boat. Pets are allowed, but please make sure they don't get on the beds or sofas. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee a completely hair-free apartment.
