Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Only 300 meters to the swimming area in Edenryd, you will find a newly-built spacious accommodation. An apartment of 50m2 with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Hike along the coastal hiking trail and enjoy the sea. Why not bring a fishing rod for fishing, or binoculars to be able to see, among other things, sea eagles and migratory birds on their journey. You live near Listerlandet with sandy beaches, beautiful deciduous forests and a fantastic landscape. Nearby you will also find nice restaurants and shopping. Welcome!

Welcome to our spacious apartment of about 80 sqm on the lower floor of a basement house in charming Kivik. Here you live comfortably with proximity to nature, harbor, restaurants, downtown and the beautiful sandy beach – all within a 5–20-minute walk. In 3 minutes on foot you will find a green area with pine and deciduous forest. Here, nature and quiet paths await, leading to apple orchards, wine fields with Vinbaren 2:9, and the Marketplace – A wonderful combination of nature and local experiences.

Comfortable and fresh accommodation close to the sea, golf courses and hiking trails. Close to sandy beaches and cliffs. 9 km to Simrishamn and Kivik. Bus 5 minutes walk from the residence, runs once an hour. Stenshuvud is 10 minutes by car. Two 18-hole golf courses with restaurants within walking distance. Stenshuvud National Park, 10 minutes by car. Mandelsman's garden in the neighboring village, 5 minutes by car. Grocery store 200 meters away with, among other things, freshly baked breakfast bread.

Rakt över vår tysta, lugna gata finns Ystads gamla kvarter, med Klostret (grundat 1267) som närmsta granne. Vill du flanera i och kring centrum med dess gatuliv, men samtidigt uppleva det medeltida Ystad finns ingen bättre utgångspunkt. Till gågatan är det bara ett par minuters promenad. På vägen dit passerar man Klostret med museet, Klosterkyrkan och populära Café Bäckahästen. Väl framme finns ett stort utbud av restauranger och affärer, en närliggande matvarubutik och Stortorget runt hörnet.

Bo på vackra Österlen i Simris Gamla skola. Här får du njuta i Klassrummet. Här hittar ni en unik, elegant stil med färg. Gamla detaljer är bevarade; så som spegeldörrar, trägolv, kamin, takbjälkar och den gamla skoltavlan. Här kan ni avnjuta goda middagar både i köket och på den generösa uteplatsen med utgång direkt från Klassrummet. Här finns något för både gammal och ung då närmaste granne är byns lekplats där två boulebanor ingår. Det är cykelavstånd in till Simrishamn och till stränder.

Vi är ett litet familjärt kollektiv som lever med våra två barn, katter, ankor och höns. Mitt bland ängar och skog ligger denna charmiga gårdslänga med tillgång till lummig uteplats, eldstad och bastu. Närmsta badstrand är Vitemölla 4,5 km bort. Vi erbjuder workshops/kurser med instrumentbygge, keramik, matlagning och örtvandringar.

Brand new compact living apartment of 45 sqm, in the middle of central Åhus. 15-minute walk to the sea, and fantastic environment. The apartment is fully equipped. 55-inch TV is available with Chromecast. Large kitchen that is also fully equipped. If you want to live in a different home, with a nice feel and nice decor, this is a home for you! Pool is available for use for an additional fee. The pool is available June-August. You have access to a patio with a lounge area and dining table.

Apartment - old carpentry shop in a quiet location

Here in the adjacent side wing of the idyllic, secluded courtyard, near the village of Skåne Tranås, next to the main house to be rented, is our second, smaller apartment, the "Old Carpentry". The apartment (about 40 sqm) consists of a large living room with 2 beds and fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra mattress for, for example, a couple with a child, is available. The space is heated by an air-to-air heat pump.

House of the times

Our apartment is quiet and peaceful in a lively village. Within a twenty km radius, you can reach, for example, Kivik and Stenshuvud, Glimmingehus, Simrishamn and Tomelilla. Equally close are wonderful beaches, amazing nature, museums, galleries and farm shops. A little further away is Kåseberga with Ale Stenar and Ystad. Shops in Simrishamn and Gärsnäs and a vending machine shop in the village. Bus connection to Simrishamn, Tomelilla-Lund and Ystad.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

Charming accommodation on top of the village country store

Here you live on top of the village's charming country shop with a large patio with a view of the rooftops and fields. There is also a private lawn for the property . The village of Bortmingebro is surrounded by rolling fields with the nearest beach 5 km to the south. The ship-setting Ale stenar is less than a mile away and Sandhammaren with its dunes and white sand is still a few kilometers further east.
