Stay in beautiful Österlen in Simris Old School. Here you get to enjoy in the Classroom. Here you will find a unique, stylish style with color. Old details are preserved; such as mirrored doors, hardwood floors, fireplace, beamed ceilings, and the old school board. Here you can enjoy good dinners both in the kitchen and on the generous patio with exit directly from the Classroom. There is something for both old and young as the nearest neighbor is the village playground where two boule courts are included. It is cycling distance to Simrishamn and to beaches.

The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Brand new compact living apartment of 45 sqm, in the middle of central Åhus. 15-minute walk to the sea, and fantastic environment. The apartment (about 40 sqm) consists of a large living room with 2 beds and fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra mattress for, for example, a couple with a child, is available. The space is heated by an air-to-air heat pump.
