Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

With only 300 meters to the swimming area in Edenryd you will find a newly built spacious accommodation. An apartment of 50m2 with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Hike along the coastal hiking trail and enjoy the sea. Why not bring fishing rod for fishing, or the binoculars to see, among other things, sea eagles and migratory birds passing through. Here in the adjacent side wing of the idyllic, secluded courtyard, near the village of Skåne Tranås, is located next to the main house to be rented, our second, smaller apartment, the "Alte Tischlerei". The apartment (approx. 40 sqm) consists of a large living room with 2 beds and fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra mattress for e.g. a couple with a child is provided. The space is heated by an air-air heat pump.

The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.
