The perfect holiday home for a single occupant, couple or small family. Very easy to commute with the city centre only 15 min walk away. Bus station is located 10 min walk away, together with a big supermarket next to it. Lots of parking space. Not a lot of houses around the area, so very relaxing in the evenings. Has a green area and a small riverside walk path. Sports stadium across the street for those who like outdoor activities. Forget your worries in this spacious and modern 53 sq. m flat.
