We had an enjoyable stay. Definitely not suitable for gathering with loud noises, but very suitable for a family environment. Very clean, easy check in and check out from the residence. Will look forward to go back with my family and relatives.

We had a great time at Anand's place. The communication was super easy and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Perfect for group gatherings since the villa is huge & spacious, and easily can park 8-9 cars inside the compound. It is a gated neighborhood - looks safe & the neighborhood is very quiet. It is very near AEON Rawang & close to a lot of restaurants and food courts. We had all of the necessaties for a 2 nights stay, including a small BBQ pit (but it was not in a very good condition though). If you have anyone in the group who suffer from sinus, ask them to bring their medications & be prepared. One of my friends (who is allergic to dust & have sinus) said that the sofa & bean bags were not so clean. He immediately had to use his medication after lying on the sofa. Overall, we had a great stay. Highly recommended!

The host is nice and easy to communicate. The house is suitable for big family gathering. It is clean and nice. But, we are dissapointed esp the kids, with the pool. Its so dirty with greenish algae inside. The host sent workers to clean the pool but it still not healthy and safe to use, end up we cannot use the pool at all. Very Dissapointed because we choose the house due to the pool. The host give us late check out until 5 pm, but we leave the house at 2 pm. Other then that all good. Ummi and husband is trying hard about the pool. Thanks. But we have to mentioned it so that future guest won’t face the same issue.

Such a nice relaxing nature retreat. Celebrated my son’s birthday here and the fam had a blast. Remember to bring your own mosquito coils and patches because there are a lot of mosquitoes- as this place is surrounded by lush greens.

Very spacious and suitable for family gathering. I love the compound and the host was very flexible and allowed me to check in earlier and she even checked if everything is ok the next day. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a staycation out from the city. Restaurants and convenient stores are very close about 7 mins drive and location is very strategic. This house was INCREDIBLY beautiful!! The interior design is exactly like the photos. Every corner of the house is beautiful. I especially loved the stone bathtub. The lake is right next to the house so you can enjoy taking a walk while watching the breathtaking view. Michelle the host is also such a lovely person. She was so kind and helpful. She gave us a tour when we arrived. And when I fell off my scooter, she got me some bandages. ❤️‍🩹 Everything went really smooth. All the amenities were well provided. Kitchen utensils, towels, blankets, even snacks. Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay. Having this gigantic beautiful house to ourselves, we didn’t go out much and hung out at home a lot haha 😂 Highly recommend this place! Whether it’s to spend some quiet time with your loved ones, to find inspiration for your work, or a romantic getaway, if you want a cozy private beautiful home, you won’t be disappointed 🥰

The villa was spacious, well-equipped with everything like Snooker, PS4, Karaoke and etc, and the team was incredibly accommodating and responsive to our requests. The setting was perfect – serene, surrounded by lush greenery, providing a peaceful environment. Great villa in a beatiful and serene location. Spacious, good for family or friends get together. Kitchen and BBQ area are well equipped. Vincent was very responsive to all our enquiries. Stairs to the 4 bedrooms in the main house (to note if have elders in the group). Not much to do in the surrounding areas, nor halal restaurants so please arrange for catering or home cooking. Bedrooms are comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean.

We stayed there for two days and really enjoyed it. The place is big, with a great karaoke setup and a nice swimming pool. The bedroom was spacious and had many beds, making it perfect for groups. The host was awesome and very accommodating. Highly recommended!"

Great Family Stay at JB Hills! We had an amazing time at JB Hills, Janda Baik! The 5 spacious rooms were perfect for our big family. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, and we all enjoyed spending time by the river just next to the property. The peaceful hillside setting was so refreshing, and the house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Host was responsive and friendly. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing nature escape! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Atiya was very helpful and communicative throughout. We had a number of questions around local pediatricians, laundry etc and she helped us every single time. The house is pretty spacious and the area is quiet and residential. There are insects like cockroach, lizard, mosquitos etc but these are common in most warm countries. So would be good to carry insect repellent. The breakfasts served were delicious. All of us had an amazing time. We would recommend the home.

Okay i have so much to say about this place. Its so amazing, peaceful and clean. I had a family day here and my family really loved it. The kitchen is so huge and clean. Kitchen has 2 door fridge. Big enough to keep your foods inside. Ive utilized the kitchen and im so satisfied with it. Living hall is clean big dining table is huge, perfect for us to have breakfast and dinner. It has 4 bedrooms, each with private bathroom. So comfortable, toilet is clean, water pressure in toilet is good. Bed is comfy, aircond is good cold. They have a play area where we used it to play games & activities. The swimming pool is huge, my family loved it they enjoyed it. They also have a cute garden with swings and verandah. Took some nice pics. The bbq is also there. Parking is also huge since we’re coming with 5 cars. Check in and out is smooth and easy. Host is also friendly, responded quickly if we needed help. Overall im really satisfied with this place. Price is also reasonable. Thank you!!

The house is super beautiful with great spanish caveman concept! A lot of insta spots for taking pictures. The swimming pool is where the bucks worth for! Big and clean. Very recommended for group gatherings. The place is MASSIVE. Plus this unit is located at the very last end of the land area. So it feels so private & quite surroundings eventho you throw a little bit loud music, the neighbours seem to be far away, so wouldn’t cause any disturbance at all. Lastly, the group hosts are all kind and understanding. As long as you don’t cause any trouble to the house. For other guests, please take care of the property carefully! Cause i might be repeat again for future events coming! Thumbs up 👍🏻

Wonderful Villa! All rooms are spacious and with attached bathrooms. Living and dining area are spacious yet cosy. Easily accommodated 4 families with kids. Kitchen was well equipped. There is also a large verandah to enjoy the outdoor view. It was a pleasant stay. Hope we would the opportunity to come back here again. Many nearby cafe and eateries or you could cook in the kitchen as well

The Manzil is a beautiful and tranquil villa, great for a staycation at the countryside. The place is as described and great for kids and adults with lots of activities to do at the villa itself. Host was very helpful and we had a great weekend here.
