Traditionally built around a courtyard shared by two other bungalows. If you would like a traditional 'Cypriot' experience... It's here.. and so easy to relax and enjoy our little sanctuary. I highly recommend hiring a carfor our location.

I stayed at this lovely Airbnb in Pervolia, Larnaca for one night and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Originally, I booked the stay to view some local properties as I’m considering relocating to the area. Although the property I intended to view wasn’t available at a convenient time, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise—I ended up having an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The host, Kennith, was excellent—very responsive and accommodating, answering all my enquiries promptly. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area within walking distance to the beach. I took a serene walk along the shoreline towards the lighthouse and finished the day with a fantastic meal at a nearby restaurant (Theta) that could easily rival those in the world’s most upscale destinations. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in a charming coastal village. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

We all loved our stay at Silk Tree Villa (4 adults and 3 children). Plenty of space, pool, garden and well equipped. The village has a great bakery, restaurant within walking distance plus supermarkets a short drive away. The location was perfect for us to travel to the Troodos foothills, Cape Grecko, the main towns, Kiti and the beautiful village of Lefkara. A great place to stay - we hope to be back!

Communication prior to arrival was excellent, check in was very easy with the supplied instructions. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need for a two week self catering holiday. The bed was comfortable and the linen was good quality. When we did have a query it was resolved very promptly. The complex has a swimming pool, again spotlessly clean and its own parking spot, a car is needed in this location although there are villages with restaurants, bars and shops close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Kiti and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Natasha's place was great.It was peaceful, beautiful, and I was able to relax with my family.We got gifts like wine in the fridge, Cypriot coffee in the morning, and a lot of kindness.The friendly cats and pool also made our best memories. Thank you to the couple for their hospitality at a reasonable distance.

Excellent apartment, fully equipped and insanely clean. Very cute hosts who gave a lot of recommendations about the place. Flexible at check-in. Very comfortable apartment, kitchen, toilet and great rooms. The location is a bit far but if you rent a car or motorbike it does not affect. Very recommended!
