We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.

Szalka is built entirely of wood, situated on a high wooden platform, which creates its unique atmosphere. Here you will experience real silence, you will sleep like never before. In summer, the greatest pleasure is sitting on a deckchair or in a hammock and looking at the forest, meadow and passing animals. You can also sit by the barbecue or the fire. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlina from here. We are the ideal starting point. We will bake homemade bread for you.

lovely room for three or a family 2+1

Fantastic place to live in Kudów Zdrój, especially for a small family 2+1. The apartment is located on Leśna Street, in close proximity to the National Park of the Stołowe Mountains, at the same time it is located on a hill from which there is a beautiful panorama of the city's basin. It's less than a kilometer to the city center. Its location is perfect for those who want to be accommodated in the city, and at the same time stay on the side of the hustle and bustle of the city center.

/Sept. 8-20 I'll stay in a camper nearby. You won't see nor hear me and you can do whatever you like/ Peacefull and quiet From outside the cottage looks much better now. Inside is a little improved. Whole cottage to yourself bicycle paths (bicycles available) hiking: entire massif of Śnieżnik, several hiking paths 2 km from the cottage Stronie Śląskie - 8 km Lądek Zdrój Spa - 13 km. 3 bicycles, May need some maintenance. Surrounded by meadows and forests, with only a few houses in the distance, close to the Nysa River and the village of Morzyszów. An ideal place to relax, enjoy sunsets, and recharge.

Bohema

Bohema is a small wooden cottage of 35 sq meters, created independently with the most cozy and natural climate in mind:) The main idea was to create a place to rest, with the possibility of admiring nature. Bohema is located in the picturesque village of Sierpnica, at an altitude of over 700 m above sea level in the Owl Mountains :)
