This is a ranch that has two separate units. One unit in the front, one in the back of the house. You can rent one unit or both. Each has two bedrooms and 1 Full Bathroom. If you are looking for other things to do, Venice Beach, Sarasota and Punta Gorda are only a 25 min drive. Ft. Myers is a 1 hour drive. Public pool minutes away.

Immaculate Ground Floor Beach Studio on the Gulf

Please note: This complex had minimal damage, but you may see remnants of the hurricane in the complex. There is a protective tarp on the roof of my building even though there was very few tiles that blew off in the storm. There is a separate, beachside building with the same protective tarp & is getting new stucco on the west side facing the beach. You do not see the face of this building from my property as my place faces the pool. *See my pictures for more details*
