There is a huge deck, a landscaped garden, and outdoor furniture. Walk down to the harbor, restaurants, and a coffee shop right in front of the house. Fast internet. No TV.

This three bedroom, two bath cape is an easy house with an open floor plan kitchen, counter seating, opening into a family room/sitting area, living room with fireplace, and a more formal dining area. Small den has a pullout bed for extra sleeping and a full bath. Lovely screened porch is off the family room. Upstairs are three bedrooms with AC and full bath.
