Great home!! We had a family of 16 for a wedding! Ben was great! The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone! Great location!

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! Saying the place was clean would be an understatement. It was spotless and thoughtfully maintained. The surrounding community was peaceful, safe, and very family-oriented, which made our stay feel extra special. Kelly truly thought of everything. The home was fully stocked with all the essentials one could need, making it incredibly comfortable and convenient. Communication with Sean was outstanding. He was attentive from the very beginning, answered all our questions promptly, and kept us updated right up to our arrival and throughout our stay. We truly felt cared for and right at home. I highly recommend their "Off the Beaten Path" home away from home!!!

The view was amazing! This was a beautiful, peaceful retreat for our family with plenty of space to either spend time together or find a spot to do your own thing. The theater and game room were great for rainy days and there was enough of a yard to play ball with the kids on nicer days. We went to Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg / GSMNP a few times, but mostly just wanted to enjoy the home and those panoramic views. It is way up on the mountain….some days even in the clouds! Stephanie was always helpful and responsive. What a great trip! We would definitely stay there again.

Ulyana’s house is beautiful and we especially loved the outdoor wooded deck! Ulyana was an excellent host and was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

When arrived we could not find the pack and play and they had one delivered from Target that night. Always responded quickly. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay again if in Knoxville.

2nd time staying at Mike's. He's a great host with a nice place just outside of downtown Knoxville. His place is clean, comfy and has fast wifi. Mike is super responsive and has your best interest in mind.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for a big family. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub! Susanne was very nice and prompt with responses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely 3BR home approximately 15 minute drive from UTK. Perfect for our family needing to navigate different graduation events on campus over a few days. Quiet neighborhood; clean home; pictures very accurate.

Kayla's home was clean, spacious, and comfortable–perfect for a short-term stay for our group of 5!

Nice basement 1 bedroom with all the amenities you would need. Host was great and responsive to any questions or concerns. Centrally located and easy to navigate.

David and his team provided excellent information prior to the trip. The house was very comfortable and clean. Information book was very informative with great instructions for the tv and thermostat. Everything was as described in the home overview and accommodating for older parents.

Great overall stay. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Comfortable house with great amenities that allowed everyone to have their own space. Beds were very comfortable. Host was always accessible and quick to respond to any questions etc. would definitely book this place again!

This is a new home and very clean. We chose this to be close to our daughter's wedding venue and it was quite convenient. The hosts were very responsive to all requests regarding check in/out, etc. Almost all amenities were present except for a missing item here/there (e.g., there was a broom but no dustpan) - incredibly minor details, overall. One personal aside: I am a runner and there's no place to really run safely in the area, just too much road traffic on the main streets. If that fits you, keep that in mind. The home's street is very quiet, however. If we had the need, we would stay here again. Thank you!

This was a great space. We had a long drive, so we didn't get there until around 1AM. We weren't there long, but it was a great space. It was clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

A great stay - we were here overnight on a long trip with a family of five. (Young kids also loved the place). The crib was unexpectedly fantastic - we were going to use our travel one, and the crib at the house was so nice we used it for one year old. We will definitely stay here again on this yearly road trip. Neighborhood also seemed quiet and nice.

Absolutely amazing stay! We loved every aspect of our time here. The air conditioning kept the space perfectly cool, the bed was incredibly comfortable with pillows that were just right and soft, clean linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. The bathroom is luxurious, especially with having hot water and overall cleanliness. One of the highlights was the view complete with a charming little stream/mini waterfall right outside, creating the most peaceful ambiance for sleeping. The outdoor amenities were also a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay—the house was spotless and clearly very well cared for, which made it feel welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Mary was an excellent host: incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with whenever we had a question or needed anything. Her attentiveness and the overall quality of the home made for a smooth and pleasant experience. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

2nd visit to this lovely duplex/semi-detached house, set in a quiet close. Big rear yard with a wild vibe - trees, creek, rabbits, chipmunks and many bird varieties. Very relaxing for us. There is a well-supplied kitchen and the living room and bedrooms are spacious. The Greenway to Melton Lake is a pleasant walk and the lake itself is beautiful with mountain ranges in the distance, morning mists making for very atmospheric photo opportunities! Nothing but praise for the hosts. Thank you 😁😊🙏🏼

Had everything I needed and more! Would recommend to anyone, single, couples, families...well, small ones, but it's definitely a home away from home.

We throughly enjoyed spending our 30th Anniversary here! It was so private and had amazing views. Daniel went above and beyond. He truly makes sure your stay is comfortable and homey! Waking into water and snacks was awesome. Loved the hot tub and porch swing and enjoying the Mountain View’s ! We will definitely come and plan to use Daniel’s cabins again!
