Holiday rentals with beach access in Kocaali

We were very satisfied, the location of the house was close to everywhere, it was 5 to 10 minutes by walking to the sea. The interior of the house was very clean and we felt like we were at home. The host was very interested. We had a nice holiday for 5 days, thank you very much for everything. It will be one of our haunts now:)

The house was beautiful and spacious with great amenities. The only thing that felt a bit unusual was that it seemed like someone else still lived there, as all their personal belongings were present. On one hand, it gave a homely feeling, but on the other hand, the space was quite full with personal items, which made it a bit difficult to freely place our own things without mixing them up. Other than that, it was truly a lovely, clean, and charming place. Most importantly, Necdet was a very friendly and respectful host, which made us feel even more safe and comfortable.

We liked it very much, it is a beautiful place, close to the calm sea, a quiet place to listen, Ms. Cihan was very interested, she is very friendly, we recommend it to everyone, we are very satisfied 😊

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Hussain for the fact that the house is the same as in the photo and that it is really clean. We stayed for 3 nights and were very satisfied. The only problem is that the house is very uphill and it is difficult to get to and from the grocery store nearby. However, we also took care of it by shopping from the center and using a bus or takeaway. Thanks so much for everything

Overall, we were satisfied with the wifi in the house, the house was generally clean, but I can't say the same for the balcony, it could have been cleaner. There was nothing we felt lacking in the house, a new building, the location that was important to us was close to the sea, in general, we were satisfied with everything for a 2-day stay, and I would prefer to come back again.

Very beautiful, clean, new accommodation and clean furniture

Quiet and comfortable

Burak's apartment is beautiful, immaculate and very stylish. The bed is comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is great. The kitchen is spacious for those who enjoy cooking. I cannot fault the apartment nor the friendly hosts. Our only concern was this: the apartment is located on a busy roundabout with lots of traffic noises which proved problematic as we are light sleepers. Also, the curtains do not black out the light from the many streetlights on the intersection that shine into the apartment. If you are a sound sleeper and external light doesn't bother you, it shouldn't be a problem. There are many nice restaurants to choose from along the beach front.

The house was wonderful in terms of location, both in the center of Sapanca and by the lake. It was very clean, the host was very caring and attentive. We especially liked that he asked about our special requests. It was a great accommodation and holiday, we will go again as soon as possible.

You can go as a family with peace of mind. Ms. Bagba is very caring and kind. We had a clean and peaceful holiday. The pool temperature was super.& Thank you for everything.

It was fairly simple to find with the car and instructions. It was a nice place in the coutryside 12-15 minutes drive away from the sea. The host was helpful. Only downside perhaps was that one could hear the birds from outside singing, but maybe that is what you are looking for. Also the bathroom had musty smell perhaps from the towel or pipes. But for the price very good place.
