You can rent the entire second floor of a newly built house in Nankoku City, next to Kochi City. It is a two family home and it is possible to go upstairs directly through the private door. This is a spacious room with 2LDK, 25 tsubo (80 square meters), and decor and lighting.There is also a distance from the neighbors, with a view of the fields from the window, so you can have a quiet and relaxing stay. Healing company's ceramic water purifier is installed with the original water supply.All water from the faucet (including the bath) is delicious to drink through the water purifier. 15-minute drive from Kochi Airport.It is very conveniently located 12 minutes from the high-speed entrance, the Tropical Interchange, and 5 minutes from the Takuki South Interchange. It is not far from Kochi city in about 15 minutes. It has good access to both east and west of Kochi Prefecture, making it the perfect base for sightseeing trips. (Free parking available) There is also a cafe on the premises that is open from 9:30 to 17:00, and you can use it anytime during business hours. There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.
