Holiday rentals with a pool in Kodra e Robit

Had a great stay, no complaints definitely recommend.

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa near Durres and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect: quiet, yet close to the sea and the city center.

The villa is very nice and the location is perfect, you only need 5 minutes on foot to the beach and 3 minutes to the small supermarket in the complex. The equipment is good, maybe you could buy one more cutting board. But otherwise, the villa offers everything you need. The towels and bed linen were even changed during the week. The pool is very nice and you can also relax in the evening. Whether sun or shade, you can have both in the villa. And you also have your own music box. Highly recommended overall.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The villa was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect. Cheaa was an excellent host, always quick to respond and accommodating to any requests or questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting .

We had a great stay! The location is amazing and the beach is walking distance. I only have a couple remarks, which I think is only because the place is relatively new. We arrived quite late so found it difficult to find the exact location of our villa. The team did send us a video, but it was difficult to follow in the dark. There are no street names. The kitchen was not equipped with kitchen towels and oven gloves which made it difficult to clean counters and get things out of the oven. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely go back!

One of the best Airbnb’s we have ever been. Place was even more beautiful then on the pictures. Pool was amazing and beach just 100 meters walk was great. Elio was very friendly and communication was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay in Durres. About a 15-20 min walk from city center, but closer to all the good restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and visiting Gate03 for dinner. It’s totally worth it. Great views and can tan on the balcony after around 15:30 (3:30 pm). Will hopefully be staying here again!

Apartament was very close to the sea and local shops and restaurants, which was biggest advantage for our familiy. Endri is incredable host - he answers right away for all questions and is a great local guide. All instructions were clear with pictures attached. Thanks to him we felt like home :)

It was very difficult to find the flat. Thanks to Elda's support, it worked out. It is a flat in the former "Royal Park Hotel" directly on the beach.

The apartment is located on the first shoreline - beautiful views, everyday sunsets, two balconies facing the sea. Comfortable and large rooms (especially the living room and kitchen with dining area) - despite the presence of 7 people, everyone could find a place to rest. The building itself is located in the center of the village, in a direct distance from restaurants, stalls or shops - which is close by. The only downside is quite loud music for dancing coming from two different sides from neighboring hotels (but it's only from 9pm to 11pm), and all day and night quietly and quietly. We were confused by the lack of information on the site that the pool is paid extra (10 euro/person per day), it is an external service and we did not know about it before. On the beach for 7 euros for an umbrella and two sun loungers.

We stayed in mid-May and there was a lot of construction work nearby (because of the hotels), but it was still very quiet – at night, we only heard the relaxing sound of the sea. The view is stunning and even more beautiful than in the photos. We loved going for a quick swim in the mornings and evenings (mid-May sometimes a bit cold). The area is becoming more touristy, with private beaches and many new hotels, but the Airbnb is centrally located, making it easy to reach Tirana, Bovilla Lake, Shkopet Bridge, Berat, and more. The apartment was clean and freshly prepared, with tidy floors and fresh towels. While the standard may differ slightly from German perfectionism, we felt very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent – always friendly, helpful, and easy to reach! He gave great tips and answered all our questions patiently. We contacted him often and always had positive experiences. If we return and want to stay right by the sea again, we would gladly come back. :)

The apartment is exactly as in the pictures. It is perfect for a couple. All amenities were included and the location is ideal. Only 5 minutes walk to the promenade and restaurants. The apartment is part of Bonita Luxury Hotel complex. Notice that by the time of the writing of this review, they described themselves as a Spa, but those facilities are not in that building. There is another Bonita Hotel complex 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes walk (Via Durres) that has the Gym, Sauna and Massage services. Bonita Luxury Hotel where this apartment is located has Swimming pools and an aqua park that you can access. They never asked us to pay extra for the swimming pool amenities. Elird was a super host. We were very great full when he help us to find our way in. He came to pick us up personally and guide us to apartment. We definitely recommend this property and hope to come back again. We were very pleased! From landing in Tirana to departure! The hosts are very reliable, courteous and kind! The place is very clean and absolutely as described! It has everything you need in the immediate vicinity! All in all we had a very pleasant and relaxing holiday in this apartment! We were very pleased and can only recommend these hosts!
