My flat has view to nature & sea. It is very sunny & decorated. Includes: bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedside tables with their lampshades, mirror, many cabinets. Kitchen connected to the hall, cooker & refrigerator, kitchen & electrical appliances. TV, Wi-Fi, roundtable, 6 chairs, 2 big sofa beds. Bathroom-WC. Hot-cold water, air conditioning all over the house. You need 3 minutes walking to reach the sea, 20 minutes to reach Zyghi harbor, where you can find serviceable fish taverns & markets.

I stayed at this lovely Airbnb in Pervolia, Larnaca for one night and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Originally, I booked the stay to view some local properties as I’m considering relocating to the area. Although the property I intended to view wasn’t available at a convenient time, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise—I ended up having an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The host, Kennith, was excellent—very responsive and accommodating, answering all my enquiries promptly. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area within walking distance to the beach. I took a serene walk along the shoreline towards the lighthouse and finished the day with a fantastic meal at a nearby restaurant (Theta) that could easily rival those in the world’s most upscale destinations. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in a charming coastal village. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

We were warmly welcomed by our hostess, with whom you share the house. Our room, like the rest of the house, was super clean and lovingly furnished. We were allowed to share the kitchen and even had an extra refrigerator for guests on the back terrace, from which you can look wonderfully at the surroundings. The area is very quiet. A small beach is about 10-15 minutes away on foot and you can quickly get to the nearest town of Zygi by car, where there are a variety of good fish taverns. If you have any questions, you can contact the hostess. We stayed there for two nights and felt comfortable in the entertaining shared apartment.

A very pleasant experience. The house is spotless, clean and well-equipped. The pool and yard are amazing with a partial view of the sea. A wide yard invites you to play sports in the evening. Quick check-in and check-out, and of course Lefteris was available for any request.
