Kikili Paddy Apartment

Kikili Paddy is a beautiful ground floor apartment (2 storey building), in the quiet village of Mihiripenna, on Sri Lanka's South Coast. It sits beside a picturesque paddy field, in a peaceful spot, only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and a tuk tuk ride from the attractions of Galle Fort, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. This cozy, one-bedroom, self-contained, air-conditioned apartment, opens onto a private terrace overlooking the verdant paddy fields; (and also has occasional use of a pool).

Beautiful apartment directly on the beach. We are happy to welcome guests to stay at our beautiful architectural house. Located in the quiet end of the beach only 5 minutes walking distance (on the beach) to the vibrant Hikkaduwa surfing beach. You'll have private access to the garden, kitchen and various dining areas. The house is managed by our lovely staff Jenith and Dilani whom will be happy to help with any requests as well as preparing meals upon request - they are wonderful chefs.

With lots of different and beautiful spaces to enjoy, you’ll fall in love with this grand old mansion by the sea. Our wonderful team of 4 which includes a chef will ensure you are well taken care of. Villa Lankari is our little paradise, surrounded by cinnamon plantations and rice fields—a peaceful retreat in nature. We’ve lovingly renovated it to make it cozy and comfortable, so you can unwind and enjoy Sri Lanka’s beauty. While tucked away in tranquility, you’re still close to everything: Ahangama is just 10 minutes by scooter, and Kabalana Beach only 6 minutes away. We also have a scooter for rent if you need one. We hope you’ll feel as at home as we do!:)

Studio Aurora offers a spacious studio with sleek design, spectacular ocean views and direct beach access. Just steps away from the best cafes, restaurants, bars, beaches and breaks, Studio Aurora is at the center of it all! During high season town can be busy and noise from the local bars on may disturb some guests. We will of course do everything we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible, please reach out if you have any concerns.

Cottage by the Lake (5 mins from the beach)

Tucked away in lush green, you will find the Cottage which is situation on the Kogalla lake, just 1 km away from the beach, and minutes away from Ahangama where you will find lots of entertainment and great surf spots. The Cottage is peaceful, private and quiet. Soak in the sounds of nature, watch birds pass by while the monkeys keep an healthy distance. Don’t forget to take a dip in our almost infinity pool and dine on our peer!

Tea House Villa

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Stay up to 15 people , Surrounded by lush green tea estate and equipped with an infinity pool to swim and relax your body and mind. Woodfired pizza oven out side fire pit to enjoy your most memorable nights in this wonderful place. Additionally, Our private chef is available up on request, to make mouth watering dishes for your enjoyment.
