This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

Situated in the “Alkmaardermeer” (lake Alkmaar) it is only surrounded by water and can also only be reached by a ferry!! Once you leave the ferry and set your feet on the island you will be captivated by the "island feeling": away from the daily hustle and bustle, everything here has its own special rhythm The cottage is furnished in original 50’s style and has all amenities and a large terrace

Cosy and quiet 3 story-house in the heart of the beautiful and historical centrum of Hoorn. Walking distance to musea, restaurants and shopping streets. Very complete, including 2 complimentary bicycles and a Chromecast for rainy days. The house has 3 floors, whereby WC is on the ground floor, the kitchen/living room/douche are on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the second. Interesting for you to know is that we blok 2-3 weeks every year in order to do maintenance on the house.

Beautiful apartment with lovely garden

In an unexpectedly beautiful spot in Hoorn, you will find Het Naberhuis - a stylish and comfortable apartment equipped with all comforts. Enjoy the wonderful garden and the beautiful view. And as an added bonus, the largest city beach in the Netherlands is within walking distance - you are only 150 meters away from the bridge. A nice place for a walk, a drink at the pavilion or a breath of fresh air by the water. The Naberhuis is the perfect base for a relaxing stay in Hoorn.

Deck and wheelhouse in Hoorn (parking available)

The deck-house and wheelhouse in the back of a former sailing cargo-ship van 1888 is transformed into a small apartment . The rest of the boat is a shop with sailing / marine equipment and a bunker station. The entrance is due to the age of the ship a small steep stair, keep that in mind. The surrounding is a lively harbor with sail-ships and cruise-ships. There is a parking available for €5 - a night very closeby. So enjoy the sound and movements of the water!

Beautiful house in the historic city center of Hoorn, right on the harbor and near the shopping streets, various terraces and restaurants. The station is a 15-minute walk away, so you'll be in Amsterdam in 45 minutes. So ideal location! The house has been partially renovated. There is a spacious living room, a brand new kitchen with a nice dining table. There are 2 bedrooms and you will have access to a fine yard with fire pit.

Luna Beach House is located on the recreation area Park van Luna. Park van Luna is a surprising combination of land and water with the most diverse possibilities for a nice vacation or weekend getaway. Luna Beach House is a cozy, warmly furnished house for 4 people, energy-efficient and equipped with every comfort. It is a complete house with 2 bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet.

COTTAGE NEAR THE WATER

You will find the cottage on a little island called De Woude. It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.
