Welcome to Huvikumpu! Here you will spend a relaxing vacation with your loved ones, family or friends. The cottage is located 38 km from the center of Kuopio, in a quiet location. The cottage has a living room with a kitchenette and an alcove, a bedroom, an indoor toilet, a shower, a dressing room and a sauna. In addition, there is a glazed terrace with an infrared heater and a hot tub in the yard (for an additional fee of 100 euros). Air-source heat pump and municipal water. Large lawn. The beach is shallow and partly sandy. A rowboat and 2 SUP boards are available for guests to use!

If you're looking for a hike, there are some beautiful spots nearby: – Tiilikkajärvi National Park (approx. 30 minutes): trails of various lengths through the forest and along the water. – Älänne: A peaceful area with marshes, ridges, and lake ridges. – Couples tour: A ridge trail that ends at a lookout point overlooking the lake scenery. – Pisavuori: A short but steep climb to the observation tower. The cottage has the comforts of a detached house, including an indoor toilet, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a hut, a beach sauna and a rowboat. Sleeps 6 + a sofa bed for two. Drinking water must be brought with you. Outokumpu's Wilderness and Nature Center is about 25 km away, where you can fish for rainbow trout or hike in the magnificent ridge landscapes.

Childfriendly cabin and beach. There is rowing boat, stand up paddle, life jackets and children water toys available. There is also trampoline with safety net. Up in the cabin there comes lake water (not drinkable) and dishwasher makes vacation more relaxing. Down near the beach is sauna where you can get water with a pump from the lake. There is also an old fashioned tub. By the upper cabin there is a composter latrine. Neighbors are at eyesight but down in the beach you have your own privacy.
