The apartment is in original condition and is rented out by the owner while she spends time in her summer or winter cottage. The apartment has 4 bedrooms in two floors with a terrace both upstairs and downstairs. The city center with the campus and culture center Allegro, restaurants and cafees is only 400 meters away. The Aspegren´s 1700's garden is just a stone´s throw away from the house.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Sigges Inn 2 is a rural accommodation, and close to the nature, suitable for a couple or a family, the residence is reminiscent of a villa/cottage with, among other things, its own terrace. A large garden with, among other things, a heated pool is available next to the property. Nearby are also nice hiking trails with several barbecue areas. Pets are also allowed. The cottage has an open kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. There is no Wi-Fi, good mobile coverage in the area.

The jacuzzi is in use during summer months, during the winter months November-March the use is not guaranteed.
