Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kokomo

We had a very pleasant stay in this spacious apartment, and it was nice having a garage. It was laid out very well and was very quiet. We really appreciated that the temperature of the unit was well regulated. We had no problems during our stay and would recommend this apartment.

It was great to have parking included and still be within walking distance of everything!

Amy’s place was absolutely wonderful! The place was very clean and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great and was convenient to everywhere we needed to go. The parking lot was well lit and private. We felt very safe! We are happy to have found a place in the area to stay for when we visit our friends in the area. Thank you for being a wonderful host!

Russ and Julie communicated through text and the website. Immediately responses and proactive on detailed check in/out instructions. The house was so comfortable! Super clean and everything you need was there. They even provided some waffles And muffins for breakfast! The kitchen was a perfect size for the two of us and we could have cooked way more than breakfast. Beds were soft and warm as we slept with windows open and the night air was fresh and cool. Great pillows! Linens and bath towels etc, were lovely, soft, and softly fragrant. Th home is older, but with modern floors, giving it a lovely cozy and comfy welcoming atmosphere. The front porch was a lovely place to relax in the swing and enjoy coffee after I went running each morning on the Nearby Nickel Plate Rail Trail. Local restaurants are middle America comfort food. Perfect for us! Russ and Julie are super friendly! I highly recommend this particular place! You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

Comfortable and convenient. This was our 2nd time staying with Brenda. She accomodated our early arrival. Unit had everything we needed. Very clean and neat.

This is my go to place when I come to town. Sometimes when it’s not available, I look to reschedule my trip.

The space was beautiful with the natural light from all the windows and plants made it feel warm and welcoming. This is an older apartment building but is very clean, updated, and well kept. There is a lovely covered siting porch out front and the remodeled bathroom is gorgeous! The space checks all the boxes for comfort, functionality, and location. The host was very friendly and responsive.

Great and safe place to stay close to the fairgrounds! Beautiful and super clean inside. Recommend staying here if in Indy!

This stay is worth it and from what I understand he is taking care of some upgrades and maintenance items to make the place even better than it already is. I also hear that he will soon have another location to choose if this one happens to be booked, if he keeps and maintains is as well as this one it will surely be amazing home away from as well. Great stay, great week, and very comfortable.

Very happy with our stay. Deborah was very accommodating and went out of her way to make this a pleasant stay. Area is beautiful abd peaceful and the river is nearby. Would definetly recommend and we will probably stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very easy to find and very close to the things we needed in town. it is literally about a block away from Meijer, McDonalds, Starbucks, etc. With that, however comes traffic noise. That part of 38th street is busy, particularly around 6am when people are going to work. The master bedroom is in the front. so you hear a lot of cars. That isn't bad for me. because I am an early riser, but my wife is a light sleeper so not great for her. If you are like me, you will be just fine, but if you are like her you may not like it. For me, I like that area, it has all if the nicer businesses and restaurants in Marion. The neighborhood isn't the fancy part of town by any means, but hey, you aren't moving in, you just need a place to stay, right? For the price and the convenience, you will be happy. water pressure was good, air conditioner was good, kitchen was big and stocked well. There were plenty of extra towels, sheets, blankets, etc. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Rita’s place was my home away from home during my contract in Indy. It’s a cute, tiny abode with peaceful surroundings. I was impressed by how clean and neat the entire unit was. I appreciate Rita for going above and beyond to accommodate the length of my stay. Though there was a miscommunication with the entire duration of my stay, I could have prevented it if I reverified with her accordingly. But overall, I enjoyed staying in the unit, and oh I most enjoyed and appreciated how comfy the bed this unit has! 😀

Very clear instructions and responsive to messages. House was VERY clean and stocked with everything that was listed. The book of instructions and tips was very clear on everything needed to know during the stay. They have expectations of the renters and it shows in the care and cleanliness of the home. We stayed for a baseball tournament in town and would stay again if the need arises.

Very very cute nice house! Extremely clean. We were in town for a wedding so stayed for two nights (Friday and Saturday). Would recommend and if in the area again would stay again

Was in town for a show and didn't even realize it was Indy 500 weekend. This place really bailed us out in terms of available lodging. Claudia was great and the place was as described. Easy Uber access to Ruoff was a plus.

It’s a great nice small property to stay. Definitely not big enough for more than two people but a great location to downtown.

This was such an awesome stay!!! The vibe of Katrina's home is great and it fit our needs perfectly. We went to an event at the Bell Mansion and it was a quick and easy walk.

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

Our stay in the condo in Broadripple for the Indy 500 was excellent. The property was easy to find, centrally located in a nice area of Indianapolis and was a short walk to multiple restaurants, shopping and a Fresh Market grocery. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked for our weeklong stay. Our host, Deborah was extremely responsive and her communications were excellent. Thank you for allowing us to "Let's Go Racing"!!

The place was great!! Great location. Great response time from host!! The location was great!!!! So much to do and walkable!!!! Love downtown INDY!!! The wife and i are thinking about going back (alone) just to have Weekend at the same location
