Sehr schönes Haus, einfach zum Entspannen und um den Großstadtlärm zu entfliehen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.

Michael is an amazing host. Very quick response and help with everything that you need. It’s an amazing quiet place with a lot of green, barbecue zone and even pool. The house was clean and cozy. The weather changed during our staying and we needed central hearing to be on. It was very comfortable temperature down but not in the bedrooms, we were freezing and unfortunately, we didn’t manage to open heater there. I would advice owner to switch it on in bedrooms at the beginning, if it’s chilly outside. Also I would like to mention that there are several big markets, small groceries, gas stations and restaurants not far from the house. I’m definitely recommend Michael and his calm place. We relaxed and enjoyed staying there.

Zuzana is a lovely, responsive and accommodating host. Her descriptions of how to get around were easy to understand and accurate. Even without a car it was quick and easy to go on day trips to beautiful Prague using a train to Mnichovice and pre-booking a taxi, which was inexpensive. The house itself is stunning. It’s a perfect mix of being modern and clean yet cozy and comfortable. My highlights were the huge windows in the light filled living room as well as the massive balcony right in front of it, allowing one to really cherish the magnificent far reaching views over the stunning Czech countryside. It is very peaceful and tranquil. I also immensely enjoyed the lovely fire pit at night surrounded by trees and a beautiful starry sky above. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, whether alone, with family or with a group of friends. After just a couple of days there I felt rejuvenated and my soul felt nourished. Thank you Zuzana for the wonderful stay! I will be back!

Děkujeme za příjemný pobyt, vymazlená chaloupka do nejmenších detailů, absolutní balzám pro moji duši, i duši mých kamarádek, byly jsme naprosto uchvácené. Krásné, čisté, harmonické, klid a pohoda uvnitř i na dvorečku. Paní majitelka i paní správkyně milé a komunikativní. Pobyt jsme si opravdu moc krásně užily. Děkuji a všem doporučuji ❤️

Das Haus ist sehr gros und privat. Es gibt viele Spiele einen schönen Außenbereich und man kann Feuer machen und grillen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit !

Super für einen kurzen Urlaub. Gastgeber waren freundlich und nett. Die Schlafzimmer waren super sauber sowie die Küche, die Unterwäsche und die Handtücher. Die Terrasse konnte sauberer sein. Draußen beim Pool gab es nur ein kleines Licht. Supermärkte in wenigen Minuten mit Auto zu erreichen. Im Allgemeinen war es einen sehr guten Aufenthalt. Am letzten Tag hat der Ofen nicht funktioniert, dann haben sie sogar unsere Pizzen in Ihrer Küche für uns gebacken. :)

We had a truly wonderful weekend in the beautiful forests of the Czech Republic. The location, just south of Prague, was perfect for scenic hikes and peaceful nature walks. We also spent a day in Prague, which was easy to reach by train – although I’d still recommend renting a car to fully enjoy the area. The house itself is an absolute 10 out of 10. The hot tub and terrace quickly became our favorite spots to relax, especially with the stunning view. The interior is modern, beautifully furnished, and the amenities were absolutely perfect – everything we needed was there and thoughtfully prepared. A small note for future guests: the last kilometer leading to the house is a rough gravel path with narrow bushes on both sides. We’d recommend that only confident drivers take the car all the way to the house and park on the property. All in all, this place is a hidden gem and one we would love to return to. Moc hezké ubytování přímo v centru Kutné Hory. Paní domácí byla velice milá a vše nám hezky vysvětlila. Dokonce doporučila příjemnou restauraci , které jsme využili . Jediné menší minus je parkování . Musíte mít štěstí na místo.😉

Відпочивав з родиною в даному помешканні вже не перший раз. Господар привітний, завжди готовий допомогти з будь яких питань щодо своєї оселі. Помешкання знаходиться в гарному місці, де є вся необхідна інфраструктура досить близько. Помешкання досить комфортне та чисте. Вдячний господарю. Рекомендую.

The perfect place to stay for exploring Kutna Hora. The apartment was spacious, bright and spotlessly clean with everything you need during your stay. Looking forward to our next stay.

Since I have been staying in the area for more than 6 months now, I can comfortably say that this is the best Appartment in Podebrady. High end kitchen Equipment, beautifully decorated and Everything is perfectly clean. The Host is very helfpul and kind aswell.

Host were super friendly and nice. We enjoyed the garden a lot, spacious, private with lots of fruits, we especially liked picking raspberries and pears every day. Apartment has great location, right in the downtown. Furniture is very vintage style, hundreds years old house itself so perfect for anyone who likes history.

Krásný prostorný byt, přímo u kolonády s posezením na balkoně. Byt vypadá mnohem lépe než na fotkách. A přesto, že je u kolonády je kolem v noci klid. Baby friendly- k dispozici jídelní židlička, nočník a cestovní postýlka. Našli jsme také krabici s hračkami, která byla rovněž k dispozici. Byt je skvěle vybavený-myčka, pračka, kávovar, tv s možností Oneplay nebo třeba Netflixu. Proces příjezdu bez problému, hostitelka byla vstřícná i co se týče času příjezdu. Rádi se tam opět vrátíme :-)

Sehr schöne, am oberen Ende der Altstadt von Kutna Hora gelegene Wohnung direkt gegenüber der Kunstgalerie GASK und der Kirche St. Barbara. Neu renoviertes, ruhiges Haus. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, sehr sauber. Aneta war leicht zugänglich und hilfsbereit. Es war ein äußerst angenehmer Aufenthalt. Sehr gerne wieder.

The hotel is truly wonderful! The garden around the castle and castle is truly breathtaking. The apartment building in the castle is ideal for those who want cozy accommodation. In particular, the host, ALBERT, was extremely friendly and gentle. His hospitality made the pleasure of the trip even greater. His consideration for the guests is so impressive. The castle continues to make various attractions. It is also close to kutna Hora. I highly recommend it.

Best looking place in Kutna Hora, we are very glad we chose this beautiful apartment, it was well worth the Price. Vincent was very helpful and the apartment is right in the heart of town, very short walking distance to restaurants and sights. We will definitely come again if we are back in the region.

Ganz liebvoll gestaltete Unterkunft mit allem, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Es ist sehr ruhig und nah zur Innenstadt. Geschäfte, Restaurants und eine Bushaltestelle sind in der Nähe.

Notre séjour chez Kryštof c'est excellemment bien passé. Le logement est impeccable et fonctionnel. Kryštof à toujours été disponible à chaque fois que nous avons eu besoin de son aide. Nous recommandons chaleureusement l'endroit. 😊

Hostitel Kryštof mě překvapil skvělou komunikací, perfektně připravenými instrukcemi a hlavně bezchybně promyšleným systémem ubytování. Byteček byl čistý, prostorný a navíc s příjemným dárečkem, jako poděkováním za návštěvu. Moc děkujeme za tuto parádní zkušenost! Ála & holky

Velmi příjemné ubytování, v blízkosti všeho důležitého ( obchody, kolonáda, nádraží…). Skvělá komunikace ubytovatelů i proces check in a check out. Velmi dobře je postaráno o pocit bezpečí a zároveň i soukromí.

Krásný, čistý byt, cítili jsme se tam jako doma. Určitě se rádi vrátíme.
