Welcome to our cozy little garden house with a sauna! It's located in Supilinn - a bohemian wooden housing area just 15 minutes walking from the centre. The surrounding area includes many parks and the river Emajõgi. You can stay overnight in the green milieu and experience the real Estonian wooden heated sauna. Sleeping room for 2 but the sauna can fit up to 5 people. Bus N.13 will drive you from bus station within 10 minutes. We also have a cat and a dog on the premises, but they're friendly.

The semi-detached house with garden & playground, built in 2021, is 800 metres from the "Lõunakeskus" shopping centre. The house is located in the Tammellin neighbourhood, 3 kilometres from old town. The house with 3.5 rooms has underfloor heating, automatic ventilation, rain shower, washing machine/tumbler, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, induction cooker and 1 guest toilet & 1 large bathroom, parquet flooring. 1 free car park with e-charging station (for a fee). E-bikes nearby.

Beautiful private cabin near Tartu

A beautiful private cabin 5km from Tartu. The cabin is located on the bank of a little pond, in a forest. Nearest house is 0,5 km away, so it's the perfect place for a getaway. The cabin has a private barbeque, hot-tub and a disc-golf course for a active holiday. In the cabin is a sauna and a pond for swimming or to have a dip after the sauna. At night time you can also enjoy the fireplace that will keep you warm on the cold nights. Hut-tub is not included in price. It's extra 50.- for stay.

Cozy private cottage for perfect getaway

This is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway and spending your time in calm and quite solitary place. We have a volleyball-court, darts, barbecue, pond and cottage for you to enjoy included in the fee. In addition, we have private on-site sauna, which can be arranged for a separate fee on the spot. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub and the sauna) is for you to use and included in the price. Some more news: SUP boards will arrive in mid-April which you can use on the river or on the pond. Canoeing trips are organised together with the local canoe trip organiser - please let us know if you'd like us to share their contact (price: €25 per person).

You can have just a sauna evening or stay overnight. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sleeping places for two, sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V electricity for lights and phone loading.
