In two fish restaurants you can enjoy local fish specialties, fresh on the table or stock up for your home from the in-house smokehouse with all kinds of fresh and salt water. From here you can easily explore the inspiring side of the island of Usedom by bike on the Feininger bike path. Here you will find small swimming beaches along the Peenestrom and Achterwasser, far from the wild crowds of tourists. For cyclists, anglers and water sports enthusiasts, the sunniest island is a memorable experience. Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Summer house at the Swan Pond

The cottage is on our property in a quiet residential area only about 10 minutes walk from the city center. The non-smoking house is furnished for 2-3 people. The vacation home consists of a kitchen (15 m²) and an equally large bathroom on the ground floor as well as a combined living/sleeping room (35 m²) on the upper floor. Outdoor seating with garden furniture and swing for the guests. Parking, wallbox and bicycle stand on the property. Linen package and final cleaning included.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
