Dom sa nachádza 50 metrov od piesočnatej "Rajskej pláže" v Zemnom, jednej z najkrajších prírodných pláží na Slovensku. Je vhodný pre celú rodinu alebo jednotlivca, ktorý má rád vodné športy, turistiku v prírode, tenis, bicyklovanie a pokojný oddych. Oddelené prízemie s vlastným vhodom dávame do prenájmu.
