Cottage holiday rentals in Kommetjie

We stayed with friends from back home & had such a lovely time. The beach house has a wonderful familial feel to it. We felt safe and had all amenities we needed. The hot tub was a great space to gaze at the Milky Way. We did not want to leave. The beach was beautiful.

Wir waren bereits zum dritten mal in dieser Ferienwohnung und das sagt in meinen Augen schon vieles aus. Hazel und Christo machen den Aufenthalt jedesmal zu etwas ganz besonderem und ihre Gastfreundschaft ist einfach grandios. Die Ferienwohnung im Landhausstil verfügt über einen Pool zu privaten Nutzung und ist kindergesichert. Zusätzlich gibt es einen HotTub der bei Bedarf angeheizt werden kann. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die perfekte Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen. Die Gegend ist super angenehm, wir haben uns nie unsicher gefühlt. Es sind mehrere Geschäfte und auch Restaurants in 5min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. An die Waterfront braucht man ca. 20min und zur Canal Walk Mall sind es nur knapp 10min. Wir werden mit Sicherheit ein viertes mal kommen.

We had such a lovely easy weekend away - exactly the break from the city we needed. A cloudy and chilly weekend, and the fire inside made it so cosy. The kids loved the hot tub and glorious wild walks on the beach. We’d love to visit again.

The location and view from this cozy accommodation is utterly spectacular at all times of day and night. It seems as though you are looking at a painting and you stand amazed that it is reality. June & Alan are both very attentive and thoughtful hosts. We are very grateful they have decided to share their little piece of paradise with others…

Gaby und ihr Mann waren sehr nett und Gastfreundlich. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Die ganze Anlage ist absolut sicher und ruhig und gut gelegen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man alle wichtigen Ort in 10min. Die kleine Wohnung mit separatem Eingang ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit Kleinkind hier und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

We had a lovely weekend stay with loved ones as well as our beloved two dogs who had a lovely vsisit, felt like a visit to family home down memory lane. Loved the great fire place and lovely kitchen perfect for home cooking. Had a lovely restful visit enjoying books, and each others company with the songs of frogs in the back ground and a quick walk to the beach for the doggos to play. Thanks again.

Loved the lookout! Cozy with an amazing view. So clean and cute little touches and nice art. Good garden birdwatching too :) Well appointed and quiet neighborhood- We slept so well! I will definitely stay here again when we return!

superb spot, awesome location, great hosts

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage a lot. It's a lovely cottage with a nice outside area. The cottage is well equipped and very stylish. In the outside area you find 2 sunbeds and we enjoyed a little swim in the pool. Nikki and her husband are very friendly and helpful. The cottage is located in a quiet and safe area and Noordhoek is actually perfect to explore the areas of Cape Town. Noordhoek has a beautiful long white sandy beach, the sunsets are amazing. There are 2 double rooms with their own bathroom. We would love to come back the next time.

What an absolute spoil it was for us! We did not want to leave. seb and his parents were so nice and accommodating. Bella was the highlight for my partner and I as we love dogs and we absolutely loved her! Such a beautiful peaceful space. We will definitely be returning soon The scenery and the space itself is absolutely beautiful Perfect for little romantic getaway Space is private and quiet ♥️ so happy we chose them!

We stayed for 10 days and felt right at home. Very convenient base with lots of lovely restaurants and outdoor activities nearby. Nice to have the little extras in the house to make life easy- dishwasher and washing machine tabs, salt, pepper etc. Support from Jon and team also very smooth. We had a super time and would absolutely stay again.

Sandrine was very welcoming and I instantly felt right at home in the garden cottage. There was a great spaciousness about the space and I felt like my privacy was maintained throughout. Beautiful showers and nestled in a lovely natural area - I look forward to being back next time

We had a wonderful stay at Hans holiday home. We loved all the space and the beautiful outside area., our 3 children had a great time in the swimming pool. We felt very comfortable and relaxed as soon as we arrived. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything was perfect and like in the description. Easy check in, super communication. Definatly suggestion for everyone. We were even allowed to have a late check out to have a relaxed preparation for our flight home.

Das schönste Airbnb überhaupt. Es ist noch schöner als es auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, um das Kap zu erkunden. Wir haben auch den Pool sehr genossen und uns im Haus rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Interior ist einfach wunderschön und es würde wirklich auf jedes Detail geachtet. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

We enjoyed our stay at Justine and Simon’s lovely cottage, it’s super spacious and the amenities are well provided for a comfortable longer stay. We really enjoyed the fireplace which was a bonus for the colder winter days. The location is beautiful, green and peaceful and still very close to a wide range of shops and the nearby motorway which takes you to other fun parts of Cape Town.

We came for a weekend and ended up staying for a whole week ✨ This is truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at! The nature and the view from the balcony and windows are absolutely breathtaking. The place is incredibly cozy: we spent unforgettable evenings by the fireplace. It’s perfectly quiet, with only the sound of the ocean in the background, and it felt very safe the entire time. Mister Harold is a wonderful host, incredibly friendly, always available, and truly helpful. He’s a man with a big heart, and it shows in every detail of the stay. It was an absolute pleasure to spend time at Indigo House, and we really hope to come back soon ✨ Highly recommended!

We spent 4 days at the cottage and had a lovely time! We were really impressed by how clean the place was, the cottage itself is located relatively remote but with easy access via Uber to and from. The cottage was equipped with everything you need and we found it to be a private stay without interruption. The surroundings are beautiful, with the porch having an incredible view of table mountain and private access to walk into the Groot Constantia vineyard. Would absolutely recommend as a quiet getaway and many thanks to Lucy for being such a great host, we would definitely stay again!

We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay at Jenny’s. The cottage is a little slice of heaven - beautifully furnished with meticulous attention to detail. We loved waking up to the sound of birds and the view of lush greenery as the morning sunlight streamed. Jenny was the perfect host and made us feel right at home. We already miss her highly addictive weekly cinnamon buns :-) Thank you so much Jenny for being so wonderful and the best holiday, we can’t wait to be back!

The perfect place to stay in Fish Hoek! Linda was a fantastic host, quick to respond and very attentive. The cottage is very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Awesome views and the funicular makes going up and down from the street a breeze. We'll definitely be back!

A cosy cottage perched on the back of a mountainside with beautiful views stretching out towards Houtbay. We felt very safe and enjoyed the calming environment to relax and unwind. Home was clean and tidy, communication was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend.
