Apartment holiday rentals in Komolac

Absolutely fabulous 5 days in this beautiful apartment with outstanding views! Within easy walking distance of the centre of Cavtat, which has so many great restaurants & beach bars! It is a short steep walk back up (just like a lot of places in the area!) but worth it for the amazing views! We found the road a little easier than the steps, nice to have the option! Victoria was very helpful and on hand for anything we needed, even providing fresh towels & toilet rolls mid stay! The pool area was lovely, never busy and a great place to watch the beautiful sunsets! The apartment is on the road into Cavtat (also the inbound flight path), which wasn’t busy at night, also, the apartment seemed very well soundproofed, so we didn’t hear anything at night and enjoyed watching the planes in the day! The only disappointing thing was lack of furniture on the bedroom balcony, which was a shame, as we’d like to of used it! We would all highly recommend the apartment and hope to return!

We loved the stunning views and having a balcony. The apartment is tastefully decorated and set up really well. The bathroom is spacious with a great shower. We were able to walk to the beach and the old town of Dubrovnik. Beach towels were a welcome addition. It was really good to make use of the washing machine. A fabulous place to stay. Thank you!

Natasha was a superb host, friendly and enthusiastic. The location of the apartment was spot on for us, far enough away from the busy old town centre but only a 10 minute walk away. the balcony view was stunning. the grocery store at the top of the stairs was very handy.

My first ever experience of Airbnb but I wish they can all be this way, Srdjan is the most friendly, helpful, accommodating host and he cannot do enough for you, at one point he even offered to leave work to help us with luggage when he realised he would not be able to see us off. a cosy beautiful place with a stunning view and everything you could wish for from a host. This accommodation is an oasis of tranquility. Be ready for steps and be mindful of where you need to take your luggage, but hey you're in Dubrovnik what do you expect! could not recommend this host enough. Thank you Srdjan!

I cannot recommend this BnB more. The host is absolutely wonderful and helpful throughout. The host met us late in the evening and was so polite giving us as much information as she could to make sure we had a perfect stay. The views are stunning, the location is perfect to get to old town or the harbour/restaurants a bus stop just outside the apartment. This is an absolutely 5 star experience and needs more recognition. I would recommend this for anybody visiting Dubrovnik and a special Thankyou to the host looking after our luggage and going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay 🫶🏼

Nikolina and her family welcomed us very warm and they were super kind and their hospitality was awesome. We also enjoyed the apartment and the terraces as well as the garden very much. It was very clean and the apartment contains anything you need. We appreciated the recommendations of the family. Dubrovnik is easy to reach by local bus 1b/1a. To complete a perfect day we also recommend the bistro despet at the river Omble spring. Thank you very much Nikolina - we will come back whenever we will be in Croatia. Can’t recommend this place enough. We had the most wonderful time staying here, it is in a wonderful location right by the water and is a gorgeous AirBNB. The outside area is perfect and the apartment is really modern and spacious. Divo is really great at communicating and giving us recommendations- thank you so much and we will definitely be returning some time in the future!

Helena is a great host, very welcoming and very available. She gave us all the tips for visiting the city. Quiet accommodation and very well connected by buses.

We were very well received by Iris, she was one of the best hosts we could have. He gave us a lot of useful tips on what to do, what to eat, and where and what to visit. The apartment is located in a very quiet, extremely peaceful and very pleasant area. Ideal for a relaxing vacation. We recommend this Airbnb 100%! Ana's space is very well decorated, with very good taste, a few touches of sophistication that look great. There is a bus to old town right at the door, local restaurants, supermarket. Ana, her husband and son were very friendly and maintained easy communication and good local tips. I highly recommend it. In fact, I've already recommended it to friends!

Everything was perfect, the view was beautiful and Vanja was very nice and helpful

The place was really very nice, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The hot tub on the balcony was of course our highlight. Easy check-in through key box and consistently smooth contact with the hostess. Very flexible in terms of times As a tip: The hot tub is set to 34 degrees and that was initially blocked, unfortunately we had to ask extra to change this, so unfortunately we could not use it for a few hours because it was too cold. Possibly you could ask in advance if the hot tub is used and what temperature you want :) For me personally a huge flaw: in our bedroom was a very large mold spot. This must have been there for a long time because it is really big and clearly visible. Unfortunately, I don't understand how you can overlook something like this or do nothing about it. It would be great if that was treated (and not just painted over as it probably happened on the corridor wall)

We had a fabulous stay in Jelena's apartment. It was just as advertised. Perfect for 2 of us. Very comfortable and clean. Close to all amenities. Yes there are a lot of steps but you can also walk down the more gentle sloped roadway. 5-7 mins walk. Excellent bus service. The number 6 is very frequent, about every 15mins to the old town, about 4 stops away. It's worth taking some great trips to the 3 islands, Lokrum and also the Mostar trip. Jelena's apartment is the perfect place to relax or take some amazing trips from. We would come back again and highly recommend.

The host is very nice and welcoming. He carefully prepared a honeymoon gift for us. The host's cooking is also very good. The snacks he cooked are delicious. The room is very carefully arranged. The location of the house is a 3-minute walk from the pile gate of the old city, convenient. Overall, it was a good stay.

Highly recommended. Spacious apartment. Great views from the balcony looking out at the Adriatic. The hot tub is a really nice perk. Good location, too. If you don't have a car, you can easily move about by bus. The no. 10 bus will take you to and from Dubrovnik Old town. Or you can go in the opposite direction to Cavtat. A supermarket and a nice restaurant are in walking distance. As is a small pebble beach. An Uber to the aiport will cost around €14. When we arrived we were greeted by one of the hosts, who gave us a tour of the apartment, a bottle of wine and beer. we felt very welcome and comfortable. We will be staying again.

We have loved our stay in this apartment. Such a fantastic view, one we won’t forget. The space is just wonderful and feels so spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. Hot tub too was a perfect addition. The outdoor eating area is so good to sit and chat. Went to the local beaches. Easy walk, hill is steep but so worth the view when you get to the apartment! Thanks, we’ve loved our stay with our grown up family, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

We are very pleased with our stay. It's in a perfect location, close enough to the Old town but quiet in the evenings. Perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The steps leading up to the apartment were a killer but well worth it! Simonetta was extremely helpful, offering to give us a ride from a bus stop and giving us helpful tips for local places to eat and visit. She was very attentive throughout our stay and very quick to reply when needed. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Great location, across the street from the harbor. Easy access to public transport to the Old Town.

We had an amazing stay at Davor’s apartment, it was clean, very well organised, a topnotch view from the balcony and good location. I definitely recommend it and would stay once again if I’m back to Dubrovnik.

Amazing spot for a quick getaway. Close to the local activities in Dubrovnik, and had in home amenities for evening downtime. Hot tub was perfect for sunset viewing. Host was amazing and gave many recommendations prior to arrival. Would stay here again!

I cannot recommend Poco Loco enough. Minya and Ivo were the best hosts and were so helpful anytime we needed anything. They organized transportation for us upon arrival and departure. They greeted us when we arrived, helped with luggage, and gave us a full property tour. Truly the best hosts, such a gorgeous view, the perfect spacious apartment— all the ingredients for a lovely stay in Croatia!
