We went with our family for a 2 day trip to kotagiri. And we were looking for a cozy stay because we had elderly and kids with us. Anup’s property turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. And hospitality was top notch.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb nestled in the foothills of Ooty. The location is serene and offers a peaceful escape from the bustle of city life. Surrounded by lush greenery and misty hills, the property has a charm that instantly makes you feel at home. What truly made the stay exceptional was the cook! The meals were delicious, home-style, and thoughtfully prepared with fresh local ingredients. Every dish—from breakfast to dinner—was a treat. Whether it was a hot cup of chai in the morning or a warm, flavorful dinner after a day of exploring, the food was consistently outstanding and comforting. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway with great food and natural beauty, I highly recommend this place. Would love to visit again!

My wife and I stayed at Eden B&B near Coonoor to celebrate her birthday. We had a pleasant experience right from the time of booking, thanks to Maria's responsiveness & proactiveness. As a host, she was both warm and professional. She shared all necessary details in advance, such as permit requirements & places to eat, experience the environment & celebrate my wife's birthday. While Maria coordinates the experience, it's her parents' thoughtful and heartfelt hospitality that made the experience unforgettable for us. It is not often that guests get to enjoy the hospitality of the hosts directly, sans any caretaker. Jose and Sindhu make you feel at home, like family. Along with a sumptuous breakfast, Sindhu also cooked a sweet to celebrate my wife's birthday! While the guest feels like family, they are thoroughly professional with their services. They provide best-in-class amenities and a neatly designed space, perfect for a retreat. Looking to visit more often!

Beautiful place, particularly for those who prefer peaceful, private & secluded stay. The caretakers took great care of us, kept us informed on all important things and were always a call away for anything we needed The property was clean, the gazebo and the fire pit were particularly great valuations. The food was very good and were served to us on time. Any additional requests were happily accommodated. We will definitely visit and again, and definitely would recommend to anyone

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is simply unbeatable, nestled in the heart of a picturesque tea plantation. Waking up to the serene, green vistas each morning was a dream come true. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious, easily comparable to a 5-star hotel. The rooms were immaculate, well-appointed, and offered all the modern amenities one could wish for. The attention to detail in the decor and comfort was evident throughout the property. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time! Mr. Pradeep was incredibly kind and took care of all the arrangements. He personally prepared a delicious dinner with nearly 10 dishes, all of which were exceptional in taste. The BBQ chicken is a must-try! The surroundings were peaceful, with the soothing sounds of birds chirping at dawn and in the morning, creating a serene atmosphere. The villa is spacious, featuring two floors—three bedrooms on the first floor and one on the ground floor. The entire property felt safe and secure. Although we initially booked for six people, only three of us could travel due to a last-minute change, but we never felt unsafe at any point. The location is convenient—16 km from Coonoor railway station and about 23 km from Ooty’s main market. The host was extremely helpful and provided all the necessary details to make our stay comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was spacious with three bedrooms and each with balconies and bay windows. Care taker was very helpful. We took an evening walk through the tea plantation and saw bison gracing in the valley. There is also beautiful viewpoint just 400mtr from this place. We would have enjoyed the balconies if it wasnt raining. Very much recommend this place

We stayed at this property for just one night, and it was a wonderful experience. The place offered beautiful views and peaceful, serene surroundings, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Subin was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay, making everything smooth and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely love to come back again in the future! ⭐️
