Batonship Inn Osaka, commonly known as BIO, is a renovated building operated by Batonship LLC. It is located in a complex called "Kita no Kita Nagaya," which consists of 13 sections including offices, stores, and accommodation facilities. A "nagaya" is a simple, continuous building that shares walls with its neighbors. It is a type of multi-unit housing where each unit has its own independent entrance. This traditional Japanese housing style has contributed to the development of vibrant communities and cultures in the region, but it is declining year by year due to factors such as aging. Nevertheless, many tenements still remain in the Kinki region, especially in downtown Osaka. “Kita no Kita Nagaya” is a new approach to revitalizing Osaka's Nagaya. Carefully renovated with earthquake resistance, thermal insulation, and soundproofing, the first floor was reorganized primarily for stores, and the second floor primarily for accommodation. Part of the first floor was reduced to create a shared garden that can be used for events and other purposes, making it a facility loved by the community. There are six BIO units. Each BIO unit has been renovated with a different design theme, using natural materials and preserving as many of the building's original features as possible. Find your favorite among the six units and make it your own travel base.

This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and toilets on the first and second floors. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. For more information, please see the JAPAKU website, Google Maps, Instagram, etc. 　 Alcohol and a large delivery box are installed at the entrance. We are currently flexible with pricing for long-term stays, so please let us know. Our sister guest house, JAPAKU@KADOMA 05, is also available for rent. 　 It is 70 minutes from Kansai Airport, 40 minutes from Shin-Osaka, and 55 minutes from Itami Airport. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. Sightseeing by car is also very convenient, with an interchange nearby.

This is an interior house designed by a rising star designer. This unique and stylish house offers a new style of accommodation that can be used by families and groups in a fun and relaxing way. Banquets and parties are also possible in the spacious large Japanese-style room, with a playful bar counter, a living room with Nintendo Switch 2, and a spacious large Japanese-style room. The space is designed with various elements in mind, so that you can spend your time freely in each area. It is a very cozy house. Of course, we have devised a way for everyone to enjoy games, jenga, board games, etc. that children will also enjoy. It is also located about 1 meter by taxi from Universal Studios Japan. The venue of the Osaka Expo is also close, and the nearest Chidoribashi Station is within a 5-minute walk. I believe that you will enjoy your stay in Osaka with a very well-equipped city with a Seven Eleven convenience store, shopping street, ramen, restaurants, yakiniku, izakaya, Chinese restaurant, public bath, etc. This is a lovely renovated house with excellent access to downtown Namba by train.
