The apartment was very nice, everything you need was available. The beach was within walking distance of 10-15 minutes. The residential complex was quiet. I had a nice balcony. I would definitely visit the accommodation again

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuel's apartment! The location is absolutely perfect - just a 5-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by great coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: newly renovated, clean, and cozy + high chair and a crib were provided for our toddler. Emanuel was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. There were a couple of hiccups (like no hot water or spotty wifi), but he handled everything quickly and resourcefully. the place is fantastic, and Emanuel is a great host. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great stay at this apartment! It was very new, clean and tidy, with a reliable cleaning service that kept everything fresh. The location is ideal, just outside the busy traffic areas, but still within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a great stay in Berat's apartment. The place is spacious, bright, clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect near beautiful Konyaalti beach, restaurants and some playgrounds. Special thanks to Mazlum, our contact on site, who was always friendly and responsive.

Mr. Yücel is a really great host. You can reach them instantly for all your needs and they help you. The house was as seen in the photos. It was very clean and very comfortable. This will definitely be the place we will prefer when we come again.

Very beautiful apartment, with all the amenities, everything corresponded to the description. There was a hairdryer and an iron which was important to me. And also beach towels - they were great! Everything was very, very clean! The location is excellent.. everything is close. Shops, restaurants, bus stop, taxi stop, beach 8 minutes by foot. We will be happy to come back again!!! First of all Banu is amazing host : super responsive, friendly and knowledgeable!She was answering all questions I had within hour. When we had some problems with some appliances in apartment she solved them asap. The apartment itself truly feels like it has a soul: it is cozy, tastefully decorated and has everything you need for the stay. Location is perfect: quiet at night, close to bus stations and shops, walking distance to the seaside and it has 3 nice balconies. We had an amazing stay ! Thanks Banu and hope to stay at your place again in the future!

We would like to thank Ms. Derya and Mr. Deniz for their hospitality. The apartment was very comfortable, incredibly clean and equipped with everything you would need. We rented a car and were able to park near the house without any problems. There are shops nearby, easy to shop for groceries. We ate at a cafe and by the sea, it was very close and comfortable. We had a family reunion here including a 75 year old and 3 months old. This place is homey, clean, comfortable and in a great location. Everything was well-thought and it's well equipped. The balconies are spacious and great to just sit and enjoy the view of the green trees and the mountain. Damla was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely go back!

Beautiful home where you can stay comfortably

We had a wonderful stay! Mr. Cagin is an exceptional host—helpful, respectful, and highly responsive from the moment we booked until the day we checked out. The apartment is fantastic: a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable sitting area, a large bedroom, and the added bonus of two full bathrooms, which was a real luxury. After a long, hot, sunny day, the strong water pressure in the showers was exactly what we needed to relax. The building’s pool, spa, and cafeteria are definitely worth trying—they added so much to our overall experience. Thank you for making us feel right at home. Mr. Cagin is truly an A++++ host!

It was a nice short stay. We did not have any problems. It is a clean place in a safe location. I recommend it.

Great location and a fine place to stay

I liked the apartment and our stay was wonderful. The house was very quiet and had everything you need for living. Great new appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioner, vacuum cleaner) and new furniture! Nice view of the sea from the balcony. Lots of shops, restaurants and a shopping center within walking distance. I recommend it!

The place was at a stone’s throw away from the beach. We had a change in our itinerary and Kartal was really helpful by accommodating an early check-in for our group. The apartment was clean and as described. Beautiful sea view.
