One of the few properties grandfathered into the water, you can fish off the dock or feed the ducks and geese who swim up to be feed. Ten minutes from Downtown, you can be as social or private as you like. Interact with other boaters, wake boarders, or jet skiers, or remain in your own peaceful haven . Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in.
