Moosu Guest House and Spa, Cedar Hot Tub and Sauna

Moosu Guest House is a railroad style cabin designed for two people with 12 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom for a superb stargazing experience. The private outdoor spa features a salt water cedar hot tub and barrel sauna. Turkish spa towels and cozy robes are provided to complete the spa experience. As part of your stay you will be welcomed with a package including coffee from Nelson’s two iconic roasters Oso Negro and No6 Coffee Co, and tea from Nelson’s Virtue Tea.

By the Lake is a welcoming, private suite situated in a beautiful, modern waterfront home with a stunning view over the lake and a lovely garden with a hot tub. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

The Caravan

Enjoy a memorable and unique experience in the 'Caravan', a tiny home built on the back of a 1967 International Loadstar. Cozy up and read a book in the spacious loft bed or take a bath in the outdoor tub (May - Oct). Have a romantic getaway, or bring your family of 3 and make use of the twin futon. Walk or ride your bike right out the door on our trails and take in one of the classes or events at For-rest Retreat. Salmo is the perfect place to stay and explore the beauty of the Kootenays.

Reconnect with nature and loved ones at The Moon Lookout. This Scandinavian inspired tiny home sits on 2 acres, surrounded by mountains and forest. This is the ideal place to escape routine, slow down and get lost in the mountain way of life. The porch is the perfect place to stargaze, far from any urban light. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, this is the perfect base camp to go explore, located right next to the Legacy Trail! Work remotely (if you must) and let your creativity flow.

The Piper Pad

This Tiny home is located in a small mountain Village on a lot behind my house. It is close to Columbia Lake, Fairmont hot springs, Lussier hot springs, and the Kootenay River. If you like the outdoors you will love Canal Flats. You can ski, hike, bike, kayak, canoe, swim, skate, water ski, and fish. Newly renovated with a few small details to finish inside. The outside of the building still has some work to be done on the siding and landscaping.
