This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. You'll have the entire canal house to yourself. In the most beautiful and fun street of Amersfoort in which there are the most delicious restaurants. From your bed you overlook the canal with the Our Lady Tower behind it. In the canals, you can go stand-up paddleboarding or take a boat ride. Just a few meters away, you'll find the best breakfast and coffee spots. Parking is available in a parking garage within a 5-minute walk. This is a lovely place!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

In a beautiful green location, detached modern cottage, 15 min walk from center/station. You have access to a bedroom/living room with a double bed (1.70) on the loft. In the sitting area, there is a work/dining table for 2 people, cozy fireplace and a sofa bed for guests who prefer to sleep on the ground floor (1.80). Private spacious bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet. Fridge and stove (2 burners) available. The cottage is located on private property with ample parking.

INTRO: Since 2022 we offer our newly designed studio with private entrance. This is located in a quiet residential area at a 5-minute walk from the center of Amersfoort . Studio 11: Is 35m2 and has a living room with skylight, bedroom and bathroom. The Studio is equipped with a Green Sedum roof & uses Solar Energy! Facilities such as Nespresso machine, kettle, refrigerator, TV, are also available. Check in from 3:00 PM /Check out 11:00 AM paid parking 3 euro per uur. No pets.

On the edge of the historic city center of Amersfoort is our spacious, more than 100-year-old townhouse. The top floor is completely renovated and equipped with every comfort. You reach the apartment via a shared staircase. The stairs are steep according to current building standards. The space can be described as cozy, with the use of beautiful materials, an eye for detail and, above all, comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay for a short or longer period.

The fully equipped apartment for 2 people is located on the top floor of the building from 1900 in the center of Amersfoort. There is a shop on the ground floor, and the owner lives on the first floor. The apartments share the front door and the staircase. The lockable apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The staircase is typically Dutch and therefore a bit steeper; it may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Hidden in the woods of Soestduinen, on the De Paltz Estate, lies the Cottage on the Paltzerhoeve. The Cottage is an attractively decorated holiday home in rural style. Here you can enjoy the wooded environment and the idyllic, quiet atmosphere on the estate. The presence of the horses on the grounds contributes to the rural atmosphere. The Cottage can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights. For company bookings during the week, modified stay times or day bookings are possible.
