Beautiful, clean, and very responsive. The stay was as advertised. This home is well maintained, comfortable , and close to everything.

Perfect location, 20m to the beach, many restaurants, friendly people, parking spot bit tricky but never more than 200m. Communication perfect, very proactive. Exactly as the pictures shows.

Beautiful place, great for families. Lots of toys and even a potty for the kids! Cleaner came mid week which was not necessary but so great. Beach is a 3 min walk. Really need a car to get there which was fine for us! Thanks for everything.

Kostas muy amable, nos esperaba con un aperitivo y un kuchen increíble! el lugar estaba realmente frente a la playa, podíamos ir y volver caminando. Supermercado y restaurantes muy cerca.

Superbe maison, très bien située , endroit très calme et reposant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maman de Gregoris nous a très amicalement accueillis et nous a fourni d excellents conseils. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Great place. Great location. Kitchen was a bit small for the size of the space, but very workable. Air conditioning on the first level for the common space didn’t work (we notified the owner but were told we were wrong - we weren’t). But that didn’t really affect our stay. If the weather was hotter I could see it being an issue. But overall, we really enjoyed the rental.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einwandfrei. Wir haben uns sehr über den vegetarischen Pie und alles andere, was er zur Verfügung gestellt hat, gefreut. Es gab frisches Obst, Tomaten etc. sehr zuvorkommend. Man kann vom Standort aus zahlreiche Ausflüge machen. Der Garten ist weitläufig. Es war alles tiptop. Vielen Dank an Ioannis, seiner Frau und vor allem seiner Mama für den sehr leckeren Pie!

Beautiful villa in a great location. If your are stunned by the pictures, you sure will be stunned by the villa itself - it is simply a gem. It lies at the top of a hill overlooking Kissamos. If you don’t mind a short, steep walk, you can even reach the town (and a supermarket) per foot. If there is anything to criticize then it is the kitchen equipment - a few more big bowls for salad etc would be great. Ioannis is a great host, super friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

The stay was good, private and secluded. All listed amenities were present. Pool and BBQ were crucial to us, also worth to mention: there is an A/C unit in each room. Wifi was perfectly stable. You can hear the road noises, but it is manageable, it didn't affect our experience.

The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a holiday. Clean and well maintained. There was extra cleaning during the week. Great view of the sea and the mountains. The cars passing on the main road, which is 100m below the villa, create a slight noise, but it is not unbearable. Maria is a great host and despite the late evening time of arrival she was waiting for us with a smile. She took care of us all the time and gave us valuable advice. There was a problem with the dishwasher, which was fixed the next day as soon as I informed Maria. We had a great week and would come back again.

A lovely, luxury appartment near the beach and about 30 minutes' walk from the old town of Chania. A well-equipped, clean and beautiful appartment, but above all the warm and friendly hostess Anastasia. She guided us around the area, brought local delicacies, stocked the fridge with food and even drove us to the grocery store with her car. We really enjoyed our stay at the appartment and can wholeheartedly recommend it to others. You certainly wont't be disapointed!

Lovely clean modern apartment. Grounds and pool are kept very nicely, and owners are very kind and helpful. A car is a must to get around. Closest supermarket is 3 minutes drive up the road, closest beach is 3 mins drive down the road! Large local sandy beach with clear water and a few fish. Plenty of beach bars. Snorkeling beaches with more sea life also nearby. Beautiful sunsets over the mountains that could be enjoyed from the front balcony. Rear balcony overlooked the pool but also had a sea view. Air conditioning worked well. There are small waterfalls within 10 mins drive, and a freshwater lake also within 10mins drive where you can swim and hire pedalos amongst the mountains. Also managed a trip to Knossos Palace (approx 90mins drive). We had a wonderful stay and would recommend to others.

This Airbnb is fantastic! The location could not be better and the host was very attentive and had great communication. The driver was punctual and flexible . We absolutely loved our stay here !

High-quality bed mattresses — there was an earthquake and my friend slept through it I highly recommend this stunning villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, quality getaway with their loved ones. It’s conveniently located halfway between Heraklion and Chania (about an hour’s drive to each), it features a pool overlooking the ocean, and each room has its own bathroom and a balcony furnished with a coffee table and chairs or a sofa — perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset with a cup of coffee! PS: the beds were so incredibly comfortable that during an actual earthquake on our last night, my friend didn’t even feel the earth shake lol.

We loved staying here for a week in August 2024. Great welcome, beautiful place, lots of places to chill out, lovely relaxed beachfront with lovely restaurants and mini market within easy walking distance. Very well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Thankyou!

Perfect place to stay! Absolutely no negatives at all! We would love to come back one day

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ruhig und bietet einen tollen Blick aufs Meer – perfekt, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben den Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltet. Alles in allem ein schönes Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub am Strand.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in dieser Unterkunft direkt am Meer! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer ist ein Traum. Die Küche hatte eine Basic Ausstattung. Es gibt sogar einen Zimmerservice, der alle paar Tage die Handtücher austauscht, Müll entsorgt und sauber macht. Der Strandabschnitt ist recht ruhig und an den meisten Tagen waren wir fast allein dort. Man kann dort auch gut schnorcheln, wenn man mag. In der Nähe befinden sich zwei Tavernen, die uns beide sehr gefallen haben. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und würden dies auch empfehlen. Der einzige Manko ist die Straße. Man hört sie aber nicht sehr stark unten am Meer und mit geschlossenem Fenster konnte man gut schlafen. Wir haben es beide nicht als wirklich störend wahrgenommen. Das schöne Grundstück und die Lage machen es definitiv wett. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen Lage, für diejenigen die es etwas ruhiger mögen. Die umliegenden Strände waren im Juni nahezu menschenleer. Das Haus ist einfach, aber ausreichend eingerichtet, ein paar Basics (Salz, Zucker, Klopapier) haben wir nachgekauft. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Ein sehr entspannter Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nettes Apartment, ca. 30 m zum (felsigen) "eigenen" Strand mit Liegestühlen. Sandstrand links vom Apartment ca. 50 m entfernt. Ruhige Umgebung, gute Tavernen in der Nähe, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Vasili hat jederzeit schnell auf Fragen geantwortet, herzliche Begrüssung und Verabschiedung durch die Schwiegermutter - ein Obstkorb (eigene Orangen), Gebäck und eigener Honig stand bei Empfang bereit, Wasser (und 2 Bier !) waren im Kühlschrank. Wer gerne in einer ruhigen Umgebung Urlaub macht und keine Unterhaltungsangebote benötigt ist hier genau richtig.

George’s place is absolutely beautiful and we spent a few wonderful and peaceful days there. The villa is amazing and exactly as described. The beach was right out front and there were many lovely restaurants nearby. George was always super helpful, friendly & responded to every request we had. The place is a little out of the way from the main areas and you need to drive over quite the impressive mountain road, so renting a car is highly recommended. Either way, it’s very worth it. Thank you for everything!

Karolina und Jadwiga sind sehr angenehme Hosts und die Kommunikation zwischen uns war immer sehr schnell und hilfreich. Der Check-In funktioniert einwandfrei. Bei uns hat Google Maps jedoch das Nachbarsgebäude angezeigt. Jedoch ist die Unterkunft aussen angeschrieben und entsprechend findet man sie so. Die Unterkunft an sich ist exzellent: Moderne Küche und Bäder, schöne Zimmer. Und der Aussenbereich mit Liegen, Sonnenschirme, Tische, Stühle, Grillstellen und Strand ist phänomenal! Das einzige, das ein bisschen störend ist: Man ist direkt an der Haupstrasse und im Haus selber hört man diesen Lärm doch noch gut.

Great stay at Kerames. We stayed as a couple with a baby of 5 months, and it was very appropriate. Especially as the bedrooms are at a different floor from the rest. The place feels very peaceful and the view is stunning. Very authentic village full of charm, with cute restaurants. The house looks great, like the photos or even better. There are many shade spots around the house. Interior is overall well equipped. I overall highly recommend the place.
