Monguljae was a house built by my parents in 2021, from the square crooked land that huddled in the hinterland. On March 1, 2024, I opened the annex that I had envisioned as Sarangchae from the time I first designed it as an Airbnb. Recommended for those who want to enjoy the convenience of a pleasant accommodation while enjoying the sensibility of a country house in ⭐️nature at the same time.⭐️ On December 1, 2025, we completed the renovation of the terrace and deck to make Monguljae even more lovable. We've added a teaspoon of the feeling of a cabin in a small forest.🍂 We carried out construction work on the entire terrace and deck to create a barbecue area where guests can enjoy the outdoor atmosphere while minimizing the impact of wind and rain. Another highlight is the beautifully tidy yard after three weeks of construction work! A wall was built between the main building and the annex, transforming it into an even more independent space.☺️

The accommodation is an old house that has been renovated by preserving the rafters of a 50-year-old old house. It's great for those who like books and cats and want to take a quiet rest. Ji-ri Mountain Dulle-gil and Seomjin River Promenade are close. *The house is in the center of the village, so excessive noise can be rude to the villagers, so please refrain. * There is no TV and Wi-Fi in the accommodation. *It is a simple kitchen with an induction stove and a portable burner, so only simple cooking is possible. *Since it is a country house, bugs may occasionally appear even if you quarantine. In addition, the neighbor's chicken is loud at dawn, so if you are a light sleeper, please note before making a reservation. When using a barbecue, prepare charcoal and disposable grills, and bring garden vegetables. Please prepare firewood when using the fire pit.

Welcome to Sunna and Grandfather's Log Cabin_Sun. There are two themes of the sun. The first is "Looking at Gongaksan Mountain". I made the wall diagonal so that I could see Gongaksan Mountain, one of the 100 most famous mountains in Korea, and the sky above it. The second is "Breath, Rest". I didn't paint the room at all and finished it with cypress wood, hoping that the body and mind of those who stay can comfortably breathe and rest. Also, I tried to make the place feel as spacious as possible, and to feel like everything is connected, by not blocking it as much as possible. The Sun is a house that Sunna's father made himself, except for the sink and table set. If you comfortably sit on the deck or the window that the sun is proud of, you can enjoy the dance of the clouds and the wind spreading over Mt. Gongja and the sky above it. The sound of birds and grass bugs moving around, and the sound of the stream across the street that you can hear if you listen carefully will comfort your heart.
