At the end of Estonia, Kossa fence runs in a different way and peace, and the silence takes another dimension. There's nowhere else to go - 800 meters to Lake Pabra, and there's already Russia on the other side of the lake. You can see moose, wild boars, foxes, and border guards or you're all on your own. At night, with clear skies, the Milky Way gets so close that you feel like a part of it and can hear your own heart beats. Winters are snowy and cold-but the house is warm. IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.
