You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.

If you want to cool off in the clear waters of the Telašćica Nature Park, the nearest secluded beach is 2-3 minutes from the house. The house is equipped with a small kitchen and an outdoor grill.

Beachfront holiday house Kondura is situated in a small fishing place called Sveti Petar na Moru, very close to the nearest town Biograd na Moru. At first, it charms you with its private access to the beach full of a pine tree ideal for a dose of Mediterranean peace, relaxation and shade during summer hot days. This beautiful house of 60 m2 offers you a well-equipped kitchen, open space living and dining room with satellite Tv, A/c and Wi-Fi Internet.

If you want to spend your vacation in the nature, in an isolated place, near the sea, yet close to all facilities, the newly renovated fisherman's house 'La Pineta' is the perfect choice for you. It is located on the island of Murter, far from the village. There is only one other house nearby, about 50 meters away, it is also for rent. The house is reachable by car with a macadam road - there is a private parking 70 meters from the house.

Vasantina Stone House

This more than 120 years old stone house was renovated with care in 2021/22. Goal was to provide maximum comfort and relaxation trough carefully designed indoor - outdoor space. During the warm part of the year our ancestors found the outdoor space as a living room with most of the everyday life happening in the yard so we took that as our main guideline on how to create a quality stay for our guests.

The house is blended with the nature and the use of resources from the nature of the stream (solar panels) and water (rainwater). The house is ideal for active holidays, quiet and no noise, traffic, neighbors and the Internet. Guests can use the fireplace where they can enjoy a variety of grill specialties.

The house is located right by the sea. It has its own parking and a place for a boat. It is modernly decorated and has everything needed to relax and rest. The only place is ideally located for a tour of the entire region. Nearby are NP Kornati and NP Krka as well as the city of Šibenik.
