Päärakennuksesta rantaan 20 metriä, pihapiirissä lisämajoitustilana 2 huoneen aitta 8 hengelle ja sitä vuokrataan vain päärakennuksen kanssa lisätilana ja siten kokonaisuus muodostaa hyvät ja viihtyisät tilat 1-4 perheen samanaikaiseen lomailuun tai jopa 20 hengen kokoontumisiin. Erillinen rantasauna, grilli ja katettu ulkotulipaikka, laiturit 2 kappaletta ja soutuvene.
