The place was spotless, clean, and as described. Modern amenities and comfortable bedding made the stay very enjoyable. Its central location allows easy access to the main attractions, restaurants and shops. The host was very welcoming and responsive, ready to answer any questions I had, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Prishtina and will not hesitate to stay there again the next time I visit Kosovo!

We spent two nights at Arshi‘s place in Prizren and really enjoyed it. The apartment is located in a very nice and calm area and has multiple supermarkets and bakeries close by. I loved going to the furra in the morning to get us some baked goods and then have breakfast on the balcony. The apartment is not in the city centre we lived its location just because of that. It took us ten minutes to go to Sinan Pasha Mosque and on the walk there you can even visit Bogorodica Ljeviška church and enjoy the different neighborhoods. Arshi was a great host and even greater communicator. He responded fast to all of our questions and was flexible when we arrived a bit later than planned. Thank you for having us!

“Perfect stay in the heart of the city!” I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment in Ulpiana! The location is ideal—right in the city centre, with everything within walking distance: cafes, shops, and parks. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. What made the stay even better was the host—super friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.

The host was super helpful, we were his first tenants. He welcomed us with a bottle of champagne and a lot of affection. We felt that some things were missing in the kitchen and he quickly resolved everything with great kindness and speed. I would definitely return to the apartment. Everything is very new and I fell in love with the living room sofa! The host is very kind and attentive. Thank you for everything!

It was an excellent and brand new building and apartment with new and modern furnitures and appliances. Heater, boiler, electric owen, washing machine,detergent, cups, pots, capsule cofee machine and capsules ,kettle, paper towels, wet wipes.....Everything was considered for the comfort of the visitors. Very tidy and clear rooms. It's located in the city centre (5 min. to centre by walk, lots of cafes, markets etc. nearby.) has a private garage and a forest two streets down. Very easy to find and enter to the building. Adnan is a perfect owner and sooo helpful, helped me any time for better experience, you can trust him. Not like an owner you feel like a real friend. He also made surprises for my son (crackers etc, and a toy) . Thank you and very pleased to choose this apartment.

the appartment is in a great area 10 min walk from newborn square .the appartment was like brand new furniture and beautiful. owner was friendly and very helpful to show us the area around .and great thing about appartment is that we had parking space safe and secured inside the building.

Everything went great at Isret's place, besides the fact that there were no toilet paper and the location was not 100% accurate. Otherwise everything went smooth and the host is very responsive!

Nice studio just off the center. It was a comfort to smoke due to the cold temperatures outside.

I had the best of times in Pristina. the appartment is in the center, so everything is closeby. thanks to a noise protection law in the city and good isolation, it was calm after 11pm. the appartment is clean and cozy, Buyana and her family's hospitality was great. Buyana is a great communicator and was highly reactive to my messages and inquiries. I will recommend this appartment and would come back when in Pristina. Thank you Buyana! Sidenote: If you plan on cooking your own meals, check whether the bigger heatplate works before doing big grocery shopping.

I immediately fell in love with this apartment!! It looks fantastic in the photos, it's even more spectacular in reality! Don't think I've ever stayed in such a beautiful place. It is really located in the center of everything, with a restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy etc. right below. Senada , the host is very responsive and helped us arrange our transfers to the airport. IF I come back to prizren, I would love to stay here again as it is the perfect starting point for a relaxing and stress-free vacation👍
