Cosy Seafront Loft, Wonderful View

This is a comfortable L-shaped studio apartment, situated in a house facing the waterfront, in the historical town of Bakar. There is a living room with a kitchen, a small bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The loft is on the fourth floor of an old stone house. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, the boats and the old houses on the hill built closely to one another in traditional Mediterranean style. If you want to know real Croatia and you don't like the tourist crowds, Bakar is the right destination for you. From here you can make trips and get to know the Northern Adriatic Area and its natural and cultural attractions (the Islands of Krk and Cres, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Risnjak and Northern Velebit National Parks, the Istrian Peninsula, some amazing towns like Opatija, Pula, Rijeka, Rovinj. The town itself has everything you need – restaurants, cafes and grocery stores, a post office and a pharmacy. If you want to go swimming the nearest pebbly and rocky beaches are about 3 km away easily reachable by bus or a bike. The bus stop is just next to the house. There are plenty of other beaches within 10-15 km. However, staying in Bakar is meant for those people who are NOT primarily interested in sunbathing but rather in sightseeing, hiking, cycling, peace and quiet and relaxing atmosphere of a small town. In the apartment you've got a cable TV, Wifi, a washing machine and it is air conditioned. A free parking lot is about 200 m from the house. (URL HIDDEN) FOR NATURE LOVERS, we offer guided hiking tours, with experienced guides. You can choose from the following: EASY HIKES: Risnjak National Park (20 km ride, 2-hour hike), 1528 m a.s.l. Northern Velebit National Park (95 km car ride, 3 to 6-hour hike) . The car ride finishes by the mountain hut in Zavižan, 1594 m a.s.l., from where different peaks can be reached, all above 1600 m a.s.l. or you can choose to walk a part of the marvelous Premužićeva Trail, stretching all the way south for about 60 km. (URL HIDDEN) MEDIUM DIFFICULTY HIKES: Učka Nature Park, 1396 m (20 km car ride, 5-6 hour hike) . Hiking to Učka starts at the sea coast. We also offer other possibilities, and there are PLENTY :) according to your own preferences. Surrounding area abounds in natural beauties, so we can decide together what would be best for you (river sources, such the beautiful source of the Kupa river, nearby mountain peaks covered by amazing forests, hiking on the rocky plains of the island of Krk). 24square m. apt. located a 15-minute walk from cuty Center,200m from bus station, 1km from Žabica intercity bus station, 2 km from railway and 1 km from fairy. Studio is located on the 2nd floor and has elevator, and stairway. The building is safe and under video surveillance and it has lot of free parking space (not reserved one). Apartment Meraki Kostrena-two bedrooms

Ovaj moderni smještaj savršen je odabir za obitelj kao i za one koji putuju u grupama, a smješten je u Kostreni, između Opatije i Crikvenice, u neposrednoj blizini grada Rijeke. U blizini se nalazi duga šetnica koja se proteže na 3 km uz more te ima više vrsta plaža kao šta su velike šljunčane, male intimne u uvalama, betonske i posebne plaže za pse. Kostrena je mirno mjesto bez puno buke i gradske gužve, a ako opet morate do grada Rijeke tamo ste za manje od 10 minuta s autom. Dobrodošli!

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

There are supermarket, doctor and pharmacy, restourants, coffe shops, gas station and post office nearby. Kostrena has 3km long coast with beautiful beaches, good restourants and many beach bars. Distance between the house and the nearest beach is 10 min ( by foot ). Children under 5 years are free of charge.

One of the absolute best Airbnb we have stayed in after 3 months away from home. This felt like home. Spacious and well equipped. Thoughtful hosts live on site upstairs but place screening on balconies to guarantee privacy, These hosts do everything right even setting the pool to your preferred temperature. No hesitation in recommending this apartment.

The house was perfect for our stay. Very spacious and clean. Well, equipped kitchen, large spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. The host is very quick to respond and very helpful. Great ocean view from almost anywhere in the house. The sauna and Jacuzzi as well as the pool table offer a great option for rainy days. we will definitely be returning or at least recommend this house to others.

Marcelo’s home was more than described. Every inch is brand new with a boutique high end touch. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and shower. The views out the window of the cafe square and water are tranquil and picturesque.
