Our cozy, 45 m2 comfortable place is very bright,equipped with a brand new furniture and Norwegian heaters in all rooms, with many beautiful details.It contains: *Living room with high quality sofa bed, cable TV, WI FI, air condotioner...etc. Fully equipped kitchen: - spices, pasta, rice, coffe and tea, etc... *Fully equipped bathroom: - Clean towels, hair dryer, hair straightener, basic cosmetics, washer,washing powder and iron. *Bedroom with king size bed, and closet. If you are going to stay longer than 7 days the bed and bath linen are changed once a week, also the cleaning service is free of charge once a week.  For anyone who likes to explore city by bike we are providing 2 free bicycles. Free parking available. Nalazi se blizu sportskog centra Kosutnjak i jezera Ada Ciganlija, u blizini je Shopping mall ADA, pijaca i market, banka i sl. Odmor bez buke, mirno i tiho, sa puno zelenila i svežeg vazduha.

The apartment is beautifully appointed and in an incredible location. Walking distance to fabulous restaurants and bars, shopping and wonderful sights. The photos do not do justice - it is fabulous. Comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and superb bathroom. The location could not be better. Alex was a superb host, responding quickly to any enquiry and provided us with an extremely useful app providing restaurant recommendations, taxi providers, sites of interest etc which was extremely useful. Could not recommend more highly.

Oliver is the best host. He was very responsive, he helped us with everything we needed, he was very friendly and attentive. The apartment is nice, equipped with everything we needed. Area is very calm and close (walking distance) to the merket, pharmacy and some restaurants. It was a perfect stay in Beograd.

We had a wonderful time in Vladimir's apartment. The location is excellent. Shopping facilities are within walking distance, as are the Sava River and the large forest park directly opposite the flat. The internet was fast and the flat was very clean. Vladimir responds quickly to requests. He is a friendly and accommodating host. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

I stayed in Snezana's studio apartment for 2 weeks and had a positive experience. Snezana is responsive and clear with instructions. The apartment location is a few minutes walk to bus stops, cafes, and also grocery stores. The apartment itself is nice and cozy, with a lot of natural sunlights from the windows making the place nice and bright. It is also modern, clean, and has all the essentials I needed for a long term stay including a fridge, kitchen, appliances, oven, and a washing machine. The bathroom is also nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be open to staying here again in the future. Highly recommended!
