Me, my husband and our baby stayed at Nathan’s place for 2 nights and we had a quiet and pleasant stay. It was exactly what we wanted. The place itself made us feel right at home. Nathan’s hospitality was incomparable. Loving the welcome sweet and tasty cakes :) we will definitely come back!

The host was very friendly and attentive. My suggestion was to replace the kitchen utensil and clean the spiderwebs near the staircase. But the place is amazing!! Very big space for full family. Our bbq experience was amazing! Everything was provided and very close to nearby store/supermarket/diy/etc.

It is a hidden getaway gem. Great for family with a little something for everyone.

close to the city, within 5km of todak... easy to order grab... clean house... kitchen equipment is sufficient... it's just the microwave isn't cleaned.. every room has a bathroom, there's air conditioning.. the living room and dining room also have air conditioning...the house is always cool.. comfortable.. only the air conditioning in the upper room with a double decker bed is not very cold.. but it's ok.. need to be reminded, airbnb doesn't provide towels...but the host is very responsive, ready to deliver single use towels for us... also plastic trash as requested... most importantly, the host is easy to contact.. Thank you very much...

A very good location, easy to travel around, lots of attractions nearby. Convenience store just downstairs, no worries on stocking up necessities. Condition of the house is good, furnitures are all in good shape and comfy. Plus point is a good washer dryer which save lots of hassle. Aircond is cold, fridge works perfect, bed is comfortable as well. The only downside is the speed of the lift. There are 4 lifts available, however only 3 is working during our stay. Wait time can go up to 10-15 min during peak hour. Good job from the management to manually control the lift to loosen up the traffic. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and value for money.

The stay experience is very wonderful. First of all, the balcony of the house has a good view of the sea. There is a convenience store downstairs. Across the stairs is the central restaurant and seafood market. You can also process seafood. There is also a big row and durian night market at night. It is very close to Gaya Street. It is also very close to the pier. We are very convenient to go out to the sea every day. When we come back to the sea, we go to the night market to eat seafood. Super. The host is the most enthusiastic in the house we have stayed in the house, we only arrived in the middle of the night, the host also arranged for the pick up. Thankfully, it was a pickup. Otherwise, we could not pack so many people and luggage. The host introduced the house and surrounding area in very detailed, the Chinese spoken in six or sixth, and check-out was also convenient because our plane was at night, and it was more convenient than other accommodations that could not change the check-out time. Thank you so much for the help and convenience the host gave us, it was a smooth and comfortable vacation trip with two dolls, and I will come back!

The space for our family of six was totally fine, there was hot water in all three rooms, remember to turn on the switch in advance.It is also possible to do it yourself in the kitchen, but the market in Kota Kinabalu can't buy live seafood.The picture is an ocean view of the balcony, and on the first night I saw the night.

Nice place to stay for few day vacation in the city

The house is located near the Abbey Vegetable Market, you can buy your own lunch at the back of the market and process it at the processing point on the second floor of the market, you can go to the night market for dinner, it is relatively close to the durian stall under the Tianqiao and the night market on Jia Ya Street, you can walk to it

Check-in process, the location is very good, get up and open the curtains directly to see the sea, there are laundry rooms downstairs, a few Chinese restaurants are very good, seafood is also very good
